"Kim Dahyun! Kim Dahyun!"

The voice I loved hearing so much, was cheering my name.

It would be an understatement to say I was on cloud nine.

Though Mina was sitting beside her at the back, I chose to ignore that fact.

I wanted to only focus on the happy things.

She was back to her competitiveness again. I didn't mind it-not one bit. It was cute, how she got so enthusiastic everytime it came to games.

I was enthusiastic too, in fact, I was known for being enthusiastic.

But that was probably only because no one noticed Sana.

She was the silent girl, but in a different way. She wasn't afraid of talking to others, she just - never initiated anything.

It was one of her personality traits I found so unique and precious.

That she would just stay silent because she wanted to.

"Go Dahyun!"

And now she was cheering for me as if the only thing that mattered in the world was this small bowling competition between the other lanes.

How could I fall for such a dork?

How could I fall for you?

I gripped the ball and positioned it at the center.

Slowly I swung my hand and released the ball from my grip.

I closed my eyes in anticipation, as if the whole universe was going in slow motion.

Until I heard a loud thud.

My eyes were closed but I could already feel half the eyes in the room turn to me.

Shit.

Giggles could be heard everywhere.

It didn't affect me as much as it seemed.

I was fine.

I understood.

They were innocent giggles, probably finding my silliness cute and quirky. At least according to how most of them describe me.

So I laughed with them.

"Dahyun!" I heard footsteps run up to me from the seat.

I didn't even need to turn to realise it was Sana.

Her scent gave it off. Her sweet vanilla peachy scent. Or maybe it was her voice. Or her vibe. Or the fact that I knew she was watching me all along.

As if I had already expected her to run up.

"You are too precious," She chuckled as she helped me pick up the heavy ball.

"Now the holes on it are for your fingers," She uselessly taught.

"I know how to carry a bowling ball," I replied with a hint of sarcasm and annoyance.

"Okay, then you go ahead," She challenged me sarcastically like how I had replied her.

I turned back to the ally and swung my arm once again.

Release.

It rolled towards the center, for about half a second.

I watched it move.

Left, left.

Gutter.

I turned to Sana with an innocent "Sorry," look to which she giggled to.

"Well, I told you so," She shrugged as she walked towards me.

Her turn was next.

I glanced at Mina.

She didn't seem to care about the programme at all.

Her eyes were glued to her phone with a slight smile on her face.

I quickly averted my eyes back to Sana.

"Sana! Minatozaki! Sana!" I let out a deep breath.

"Why is your last name so long," I complained as she turned back again.

She must've heard what I said.

She laughed out loud and shook her head.

I loved it. I loved the way I could easily make her laugh.

"Minatozaki!" I continued cheering as I saw the ball roll towards the center of the alley.

"Strike!" She exclaimed and started jumping up and down.

I ran up to her and she linked my arms with hers.

"I never knew you were so good!" I chuckled.

"Me neither," She shrugged as we walked back to our seats, arms still linked.
