I paused.

I took a deep breath.

"Please let Sana sign up for the course, it's the only thing I need in my life now,"

Words couldn't describe how desperate I felt.

"Please," A last whisper came out of my mouth as I slowly fell asleep.

Soon enough, the registration paper was pinned on the large bulletin board.

They must've just put it up because it was completely empty.

I took out a pen and scribbled Chaeyoung's and my name down.

"Please," I begged one last time as I walked back into the dorm.

"It's done Chaeyoung!" I clapped in excitement.

-Friday-

I started losing hope, it's been a week. Almost all the slots were filled.

I guess it wasn't meant to work out like this.

"Yes?" I turned my head immediately.

A familiar voice.

Shit.

"You signed up?" I couldn't even contain my smile.

"Yeah," She shrugged.

"You seem awfully excited that I did,"

Now I was never one to hide feelings if I liked someone. In this case I wasn't afraid to express or show how much I liked her.

It's not like you would guess so anyway.

"That's because I am," I giggled.

"Aw," She reached out her hand and gently stroked my hair.

Oh how badly I wanted time to stop there and then.

"See you next week then!"

Ah yes. It began next week.

"We're going to be late for lecture we should start walking now," I pointed to the hall n rushed to walk beside her.

If I got a penny everytime I said I wanted time to stop when I was with Sana, I would be a billionaire by now.

She pushed the heavy doors for me as we walked in together.

"Sana!" Mina was frantically waving at her.

She ran to Mina immediately.

Saying I was sad to see her leave would be too simple to describe my sudden rush of emotions.

I was happy. Thankful for the time. But ungrateful it had to end so quickly. Upset.

I went to my section of the hall. The opposite side.

Suddenly, my phone rang.

"KIM DAHYUN! You didn't even bother waking me up!" Chaeyoung was screaming so loudly it felt as if the phone vibrated.

"I'm sorry I had to rush out and check the course name list," It was a shitty excuse.

But I had no better reason.

"Whatever, no use yelling at me now, just hurry," I ended the call before she could say anything.

"See you next week!" I quickly said to Sana as I walked out the lecture door.

"Next week? What's happening next week?" Seokjin asked.

"A cool course Sana and I signed up for," A voice replied.

Then how would I get to talk to you?

Suddenly everything crumbled down.

My mood was destroyed.

What difference would it make from lecture and that course then?

If Mina was by her side...

Would she even still speak to me?
