The Old Lady

    Having found each other, you all sat around a fire Natsu made, looking drained and strained as hell.
"So, tell me what did you guys see.." You asked, breaking the silence.
"I got choked by Zancrow's skeleton."
"We were looking for treasure!" Happy added.
"Didn't you ever hear not to dig in dirt after night falls?"
"I found the body of Ultear's mother, she tackled me and when I got up. I was in the Himalayas."
"Mira was stuck in a trap and there was a one minute countdown before it exploded."
"Elfman and I almost drowned in sunglasses. Sunglasses! Do you believe that?"
"Nothing happened to Laxus and I."
"What about you, Levy?" You all turned to Gajeel, Lily and Levy who sat in silence. It wasn't long until Levy burst out laughing, "Gajeel and Lily were Chickens!"
"You had to be the one to talk, huh?!" Gajeel said, Natsu and the others laughed.
"That's enough, we should head back to the guildhall before anything else happens." Makarov said as he stood up.
Natsu and the others looked at each other in question before getting up.
"What happened to you, Makarov. You didn't tell us what happened to you."
"Nothing happened. Nothing at all."

   You finally made it back to the dorm with the others, the hall seemed rather clean than how it was left before.
"Where'd the dust and cob webs go?" Mirajane asked, glancing up at the ceiling.
"Let's face it, we found the place like a haunted house, time somehow doesn't matter here, our boat is gone, we found breakfast on the table, and now the place looks well-kept. Anyone else getting the picture?" Erza theorised.
"I do, and what explains the attacks we just experienced?"
The sound of something brushing against the hollow wood flooring killed the eerie silence. 
"Is someone sweeping?"
Then light humming was heard shortly after.
Everyone huddled close together for safety.
    When they thought it couldn't creepier, they heard a soft humming.
"Everyone, ready yourselves." You warned.
Everyone took their stances and activated their magic.
Ashadow was seen coming from one of the rooms, and the humming and the sound of sweeping grew louder.
"Hm hm hm.." The shadow then revealed itself to be an old woman who was just sweeping and humming some song.

Was she the one who cleaned the place?

Was she the one who cooked all that food?

Was she the one... who hid the boat?

"Who are you?!"

"Who are you?!" They all asked the old woman.
"Hm." She braced the broom against the wall,
"Gray knows me." She said with a closed-eyed smile.
"Do I?" He said, then was taken aback for a while.
"Wait! You're Ultear, aren't you?"
"What!?"
"Whataya thinking, Gray?! She's too old--"
"She is Ultear." You admitted, "She gave me a watch. She told me if it ever stopped, that means her time ran out." You held up the outdated pocket watch.
"No way.."
"I see you're wearing those leotards, (Name)."
"Yeah, they were always your favorite, weren't they?"
"Not like I could wear them anymore, my body is all flabby.."
"Pfft flabby--" Happy was smacked by (Exceed Name).
    We sat in the dining hall, drinking tea and beer for those who weren't all that fond of tea.
"So Ultear, would you mind explsining why all of this is happening?" You asked.
"And why our boats went missing?" (Exceed Name) added.
"

Well, apparently there was a surge in magical energy and the island happened to absorb it."
"That explains the magic density.." Crystalia nodded along with Levy.
"Could it be when Mavis saved us back on the island?" Lucy suggested.
"Could be possible, and their dead bodies might have absorbed it and.. Somehow became alive.."
"So they're zombies?"
"What explains the disappearance of the boat?" Erza asked.
"I hid it from you." Ultear admitted with a smile.
"Why?"
"And you must be the one to tamper with time as well!" Levy said.
"I want you all to solve everything, that means you'd have to fight Grimoire Heart all over again.."
"Oh, come on!" Natsu whined.
"But didn't you say we should be more adventurous?" Lucy bonked him on the dead.
"Once they're defeated, and can finally rest in peace, I'll return your boat and you'll be free to go."

"Something bothering you?" Laxus asked as he saw you sitting at the edge of the bed.
"So this means.. I'll have to face my Grandfather again.." You sighed.
"No, we're all facing Grimoire Heart, I need to stop making it all about myself.." You scolded yourself.
"You have all right to make things all about yourself.." He sat next to you.
"We all could be in danger because of--" You were cut off by Laxus' lips crashing onto yours. It was a good thing (Exceed Name) was asleep.
"What are you talking about? Have you no faith in us? No faith in me?"
"I- I do! But.." He sealed his lips with yours again, his embrace was enough to lift a weight off your chest. But not all of it.

Heyo, sorry for the EXTREMELY LATE update. I almost gave up hope on this book, I never really liked it at first but.. I'll finish it!

I'm sure you guys like it, so I'll try me best to get it done since I got a lot of time in my hands because of..
