So we had just gotten back from Spring Break and our head band director was asking around what everybody had done on their week off, our tuba player was raising his and and so, just to humor him, our band director called on him.
The tuba player went on to say "I spent my Spring Break at home practicing" in a borderline sarcastic tone.
Our band director then holds up a stack of sheet music (the music we were playing) and says...
"This is my BS flag." As he waved it around in the air like a flag.
I mean to be honest he's not wrong...
(I definitely didn't practice, like at all...oops?)
