Itachi never expected to fall in love. Especially with some red haired medic with blue eyes. She always wore her red hair in a ponytail with her bands stopping just a little past her eyes.

"Hello Itachi-San! How's your mother doing?" A soft melody-like voice asked the young raven haired man.
"She's doing fine thanks to you Saito-San." Itachi replied bowing his head.
"I told you to call me Mia! You don't need to be so formal Itachi-San!" Mia exclaimed.
"My bad Mia-San, sorry if I offended you." Itachi corrected himself.
"No it's okay Itachi-San you didn't offend me." Mia reassured shaking her head.
"Ah! My shift at the hospital starts in a few minutes! See you soon Itachi-San!" She waves before taking off in the direction of the hospital.
About a month later Itachi had been rushed to the hospital along with his two teammates. They had been ambushed on their was back to the village. Once Mia heard she quickly got to the surgery room and healed the ANBU team. A day later Itachi has woken up to find himself in a hospital bed. "Your awake!" A cherry voice piped up.
"Mia-San?" Itachi asked squinting his eyes in the direction of the voice.
"That's me! Anyways I need to check your wounds and that'll only take a few minutes." Mia smiled walking over to his bed side.
After that encounter Itachi and Mia became closer and closer over the years. At the age of twenty one Itachi asked Mia to be his girlfriend which she happily excepted much to Itachi's pleasure. Then at the age of twenty five Mia asked her twenty six year old boyfriend to marry her which everyone laughed at. So they got married, did the deed, moved into a small house, had a baby girl named Arī, and had a happy life together.
