I mouthed the words hide to Greg. He went into the closet. I laid on the bed so it looked like I was sleeping. The knob slowly turned.

"Hey." My brother said. "Wake up." He told me. I fake moaned and opened my eyes. I flinched away from the light, how I usually do in the morning. "What?" I asked. "I came home early." He said. "Why?" I asked. "I don't know... To check on you." He teased. "To make sure you weren't shagging some guy." He joked. "Riiight." I said nervously. "So why are you only in your tank top?" He asked.

"I was hot." I lied. It was actually freezing. "What about the coat?" He asked. "Bought it for a friend." I lied again. I was good at this. I wish it was a sport. I'd rather lie in PE than jog in circles. "And the blazer?" He questioned. "A boyfriend." I shot... Not the best lie. "Oooo, when can I meet this mystery man?" He asked. "Soon." I lied. "Cool. Im gonna go to some homework upstairs. Have you seen my no-noise headphones?" He asked standing up. "There noise canceling and there on your desk." I told him.

I heard his little feet pitter patter up the stairs.

"HEY!" I yelled as loud as possible. Nothing. Noise canceling.

Greg crawled out of the closet. "Will he notice if I'm wearing that blazer?" Greg asked, worried. "No, and he won't notice the coat either,he forgets everything." I explained. "Noise canceling eh?" Greg mentioned, stepping closer. "Not a single scream can be heard." I whispered. "Doubt that." I felt his breath hit my skin. "Shall we test it?" He asked. "What if he comes back down?" I pointed out. "What do you say we head back to my place." He suggested. I nodded. And wrote a note saying I was at a friends.
