Oh how I always love to see
Couples smiling with glee
See one under the apple tree
Or one by the lake with lilies.
But what's that?
The saddest sight
Two hearts fighting, crying
Oh the scene was quite frightening.
The usual problem I've observed
In every couple, I think you've heard
When either has fault over the other
No one admitting hence the tension goes further.
You only need three words
Words that could heal and mend
Pain no matter how it hurts
But pride seems to stand.
This cardinal sin, oh this grave sin
One of the many factors that ends love
No wonder He hates it from up Above
A human flaw ever since.
Yet three word is all you need
But must come from the heart
Not faked, my God that's dirt!
Be sincere and you'll succeed.
I heard "I am sorry..." from the young man
And the young woman in such a long span
Three words that heal their angered hearts
Words that seems so scarce...
"I love you..." was all I've been waiting for
Three words that mend their souls
Words that spark joy to anyone
Especially to the one.
