Chapter 21

The beautiful woman with white hair and piercing blue eyes clicked her tongue at the crazed man in dismay. She has been watching him for awhile now, since he got up to be exact. She thought he was a gorgeous man, both beautiful and cruel. She didn't like that combination one bit.

"Moon? Who is that?" She pointed down at the man camly waiting for another to charge at him.

Move! She thought. He's going to hurt you!

The beautiful goddess touched her shoulder comfortingly and peered over her slender neck. She sighed and shook her head and looked at the woman.

"That my dear, is a werewolf. That's what you are as well. Do you remember?" She asked with a honey smooth like voice.

The woman shook her head."No i remember my mother and thats it. Why? What type of importance is he to me?"

The goddess laughed."I do not what to spoil surprises my darling but i would love to know why you look at him that way."

She looked back down at the man that cut off the finger of another. How awful, how cruel is this man really? To do something like this! And those people just sitting there in amusement and encouraging such an act!

The man looked up and it was as if he meet her gaze. Her instinct told her to look away but she couldn't bare to. They were too familiar and she saw pain and loss fill his emerald like eyes.

It wasn't until he laughed that she remembered.

"Shane!" She gasped.

The goddess sighed."Oh poop. You were more fun when you were a twit."

"How long have i been here?!" Mia wailed

A man that Mia didn't know walked over to the goddess and wrapped his arm over her waist. And to Mias surprise he was naked.

"PUT CLOTHES ON PLEASE! DEAR GODDESS!"

The man laughed and shook his head."Mia it is time for you to leave. You must go and fullfil your destiny."

"My destiny..?" She echoed.

She felt a tiny kick in her abdominal area and gasped. Her hand flew to her stomach and she blinked in surprise. Her jaw fell open and she felt as if everything was spinning.

"How can-"

"Hurry,"The goddess sighed."Clean up the mess your mate made."

Mia looked down at Marie, Brandon and Shane in a small cell. They were shouting over Marie that seemed to have passed out.

Mia shook her head."No. I don't want to leave! My mother was going to come back, she was leaving for only a second."

The goddess grimaced and tenderly cupped Mia's jaw with affection. She tapped her neck and a tingling sensation ripped through her body. She shuddered and tried to lean away from Moons grip but failed.

"Are you willing to never feel that again?" She murmured softly. "Those people need their queen. Your mate is not emotionally stable enough to rule. He is crazed, bloodlust and he thinks he is doing these things for your memory."

The goddess leaned closer and her expression soften from aggression and urgency." You have a baby to think about now. Do not be selfish, darling. Your child needs you as much as your pack does."

Mia looked down at the portal and sighed with a hard expression placed on her face. She put her hands on her hips and looked down at her mate. She flinched while Shane punched the wall and almost put his whole fist through.

She was beyond disappointed and things were defiantly going to change for her pack and mate. Mia looked around the realm and saw her wolf laying down with some other Lunas from past rulers. Leah's ears perked up and her golden eyes met her own. They both nodded at each other and they decided what they were gonna do together.

"Take me home."
