My Reality

You were starting to really miss home. You had always dreamed of coming here and meeting these people that you had been seeing through a screen for such a long time, but you also wanted to stay home.

Thankfully, Steven and the Gems were being really good hosts. But still.

You couldn't even get a signal on your phone. You guessed it was because it wasn't designed for travelling through different universes.

You had tried to find a way home before, but none of them worked.

Until now.

A portal appeared in front of you, glowing in a white light.

You gasped. "Steven!!"

"Yeah?"

"Come check this out!!"

He ran down the stairs coming from his room, and stood next to you.

"I think this is my way home!"

"Woah! How did you conjure it?"

"I have no idea! I just was really wanting to go home at that moment! No offense, of course."

"Don't worry, none taken."

The Gems suddenly warped in after their mission of returning the Heaven and Earth Beetles, now the Smol Lesbians, to their home.

"Whaat iis thaaat?!" Pearl yelled, holding on to Garnet's arm, who tipped her sunglasses down. Meanwhile, Amethyst looked amazed and excited.

"Home." You said smiling.

Steven hugged you. "I don't want you to leave..." You could see there were tears forming in his eyes.

"Y'know.... if you wanted to...... you guys could come with me and visit!"

He squealed. "Yaaayyy! Guys, can we go?!"

Amethyst immediately jumped into the portal.

"Amethyst no!!" Pearl jumped in after her.

Garnet casually stood in front of it. She made a "peace out" gesture and let herself fall back.

You took Steven's hand and locked eyes. You both had determined looks on your faces. Still holding hands, you stepped into the portal.
