~Daughter Diets~

D/N looked at her boyfriend "Am I fat?" She asked.
"You are developing a small paunch." He commented. "I can tell from your shirts. You would look more beautiful if you were not fat."
And like that, all you could see is your paunch tightening against your shirt "Should I diet do you think?" "You were more attractive when you were skinny."
You were hurt by his words, but grateful that he was being honest.
"I will loose my paunch." D/N declared. "Cool, it's like there will only be one of you instead of two."
"Have I gained that much weight where you must say these mean things to me, babe?" You ask.
"You know I say these things because I love you. I just love you more without this paunch."

The following day, you began your exercise routine. It started out on the elliptical for half an hour.
"What are you doing on my elliptical sweets?" Tae asked. "I am trying to get in shape Appa." You replied. "You are in shape."
"Better shape." You argued. "If you say so, just be safe, okay?" He reminds. "I will, thank you." You nodded.

Tae started getting troubled.
Her boyfriend, whom he hated, was always at the house for breakfast. He did not care he was there, what he was getting troubled over was how controlling he was.
"Your paunch." He murmured. D/N would put down the muffin, and opt for a granola bar instead. She chewed on the granola bar, but looked unhappy about it.
"I packed your lunch sweets." Tae says, pushing over the lunch.
"No, thanks Appa, B/F/N packed me one."
"Lots Of veggies, and a salad." He grinned.
Tae frowns "If that is what you want D/N."
"I do Appa. Oh, we are late! Love you. See you after school."

"Y/N, I am worried about D/N." Tae voiced.
"Something wrong with her?" Y/N asked.
"Its her boyfriend." Tae hisses. "I feel like he is..pressuring her to loose weight."
"You think so Tae?" You worry.
"I do, but, how about we talk to her before I am declaring anything."
"Today, after school we will talk." Y/N decided.

"You are wrong! He cares for me!"
Tae shakes his head "He is controlling you!"
"Honey, why do you feel you needed to loose weight?" Y/N asked. D/N sighs. "Please tell me this is not about him." Y/N pleaded.
"He says I look prettier without my paunch Eomma." She defended.
"Well boys are stupid." Tae declared.
"Appa, Don't you want to see me happy?" She cried.
"Of course I do! But not like this. No boy has a right to make any comments about your body!" Tae reminded.
You take D/N into your arms, remembering what it feels like "Listen sweetheart." You whisper. "You are a princess. You need to find a man who treats you like one, not one who is telling you that you need to be skinny. Or to loose your paunch. Do not alter your life to please others. You are so beautiful, and I am proud you are my daughter."
D/N smiles "I did not like how he was treating me."
Tae takes her hands "And I did not react correctly."
"No, you were fine." D/N says. "I know that you are worried about me Appa. And every daughter deserves an Appa like you."
Tae kisses her cheek "You are my pride, and I love everything about you. Change what you want to change D/N." He said. "You are in control over your life. Do not take anyone's shit."
"I understand. I will take it day at a time. Beauty is what I see. Appa, and Eomma?"
