"No," Confidently, Namjoon lies. "I have never seen him before."
"When you speak, all I hear are lies," Yoongi rolls his eyes, and continues to talk, "It looks like that you are hiding something from me."
"I don't have to tell the truth, do I?"
Yoongi watches his friend who has been wearing a smile from the moment he was shown the photo of the thief.
He lets out a sigh, and says, "Since you are not going to tell me anything, would you please give me a ride? I have a guest coming over."
"A guest?"
"He is an old friend of mine."

When they arrive at Yoongi's house, Namjoon pulls over, and waits for his friend in order to get out of the car, but it looks like that he has something to say.
"Namjoon, you know I care for you—"
Angrily, he cuts his friend off, because he is tired of hearing him, "Get to the point."
"That boy is a thief, and a thief is not an honest person, but you are somehow protecting him by taking the evidence away from the crime scene." Worried, he explains, and looks at his friend in the eyes, trying to read what has been written in those precious diamonds.
"I will return the stolen diamond back," Namjoon reassures Yoongi, and rolls up the car window, slowly. "I promise."
His friend turns his back on him, and walks up to his house without saying anything.
Yoongi knows that it is not the first time Namjoon is being so confident about a case. He knows that the young man is one of the best detectives in town, so he knows how to get the job done very well.
But, it is something else that Yoongi is afraid of. He is afraid of losing his best friend. He is sure that Namjoon is not the type of person who gives up so easily, but for saving him, Yoongi has to try his best in order to keep him away from the thief.
But, why?
