Chapter 24: hurting but still loving

i felt the warmth admitting from alex's body, the comforting smell, the bumpy road, i fell into a dark pit, i started to fall, my eyes shot open, i was in a cold sweat, my heart was racing, i was shaking intensely, my breathing was uneven, "whats wrong?", i looked at him, fear was in my eyes, i took a deep breath, "it was a dream, but i dont remember it", he sighed, he wrapped his arms around me, he hugged me tightly, "well, lets get your stuff home, and ill take you to chris's shop", (i dont remember the mask makers name>_<), i smiled, "thank you", when we got home i jumped out of the car, i ran inside with my things, i threw my things in my room, i threw on leather shorts, a leather crop top, i threw on black thigh high boots, i threw on a black leather jacket, i put on red lipstick, i brushed my hair, i armed myself with all my weapons, i brushed my teeth, i grabbed a bunch of lollipops, i popped a green apple flavored sucker into my mouth, i skipped down to gray with my headphones playing, i had my phone in my pocket, i walked up to gray, "hey girlie, how have you been", her lights powered on, she got into a siting position, i walked up to her, i hugged her paw, "god i hate being in hospitals", 'i know, but thats how you need to heal' i groaned, "did you see the dream?", she paused, 'yes', "im kinda immortal", her soft laugh filled my ears, "i have to go get some new masks, ill hang out with you tonight", i could feel her smiling, "welp ill see you tonight girl", i waved to her and left, i walked outside to see alex waiting by a car, i walked up to him, "thanks for helping me", he nodded, i plopped down in the car, i put my legs up, "wow no respect?", he smirked, i rolled my eyes, he ruffled my hair, "hey!", i whimpered, "i just brushed my hair", i whined, he chuckled, 

it went silent, i looked out the window, my music blasted into my ears, i watched as the buildings passed by, we stopped at a red light, i looked at a group of teenagers, they looked at me through the glass, i stuck my tongue out, i giggled thinking that they couldnt see me, one of them looked at me, she stuck her tongue out at me, i was shocked, she came up to the window, she motioned me to roll it down, i rolled it down, "we can see you, i think you should know that", i looked back at alex, he stared at me, "alonzo, did you tint the windows?", "i never had the time boss", alex paused, his jaw clenched, i grabbed his hand, "thank you girls for telling us", they nodded, alex climbed out of the car, "alex!", i jumped out of the car, "i wont ride in a car without tinted windows, alonzo you know this", alex walked down the sidewalk, i groaned, i looked at the girls they were staring at me, "how old are you?", "17, i think", he was walking too fast, i spotted one of them had a bike, "can i borrow this?", the girl nodded, i jumped onto the bike, i sped to him, "alex calm down man", i threw the bike at him, he stopped in his tracks, i walked up to him and grabbed him, he tried to shove me off, i picked him up off the pavement, "alex calm yourself or ill call boss", he sighed, i gently put him down, he stared at me, "ya know i should be doing that to you, not the other way around", i giggled, i looked back at the car, "its just tinted windows, if you dont want people to see you then ill cover you ok", he nodded, we walked to the car, the girls were surprised, "y.y.you picked up that grown man", i nodded, i let alex in the car, when he was in the car he grabbed me by the waste, he pulled me onto his lap, he shut the door, "alex!", we raced to chris's shop, "what do you think youre doing alex?!", he held me tightly, i put his face in the crook of my neck, it made me shudder, "alex common that tickles", he chuckled, i groaned, when the car stopped i tried to get out of his clutches, "common i need new masks", he groaned, "fine!", i jumped out of the car, i ran into the shop, "chris!", he looked up, he looked confused, then it hit him, "scarlet!", i ran and hugged him, "now what brings you here?", "some new masks", he smiled, "i got just what you need", he walked me back to the storage room, "i made a custom mask for you, by your style and the style of killing", " close your eyes", i closed my eyes, a box was placed into my hands, "open", i opened my eyes to see a blood red box in my hands, "open it", i lifted the lid off the box, i looked into the blood red box, there was a black mask, it covered half of my face, there was red splattered around it like blood, there was a sipper where your mouth should be, (like kaneki's mask), i smiled
