chapter 17: home

krolia landed inside the castle, my lion landed in the castle, i could feel her excitement, i got out of my lion to see allura hanging off of lance, their faces twisted with confusion, i pulled off the mask and everyone stopped, pidge started to tear up, lance was so shocked he didnt realize allura putting her hand on his chest, my blood boiled, but i kept my composure, allura left lances shoulder when he started to walk forward, "how?", his voice cracked from pain, it broke my heart but i had to focus on explaining, "we can talk about my survival later lance", my words were harsh but i had to get over that,

lance's POV:

'she's alive', i pushed allura off me, "how?", i held back a sob, i wanted to hug her, i thought she was gone so i "we can talk about my survival later lance", 'she was mad because of allura', 

Scarlet's POV:

we walked to the control room and i explained everything, i watched lance, he was deep in thoughts, he looked sad, i wanted to squish his little face, 'keep strong youre mad at him', i couldnt hold it back, when the convo was over i caught up to lance, "whats wrong?", i caught him by surprise, "huh?", he paused, i saw his eyes gloss over, tears fell from his eyes, i immediately wrapped my arms around his torso, he looked down at me, i hugged him tighter, he wrapped his arms around me, he slouched and stuck his head in the nook of my neck, he cried, i kissed his shoulder, "seeing you smile, the thought of you being gone", he sobbed uncontrollably, "we saw your lifeless body", he shook as he cried, "lance", my voice was calm and smooth, "its okay im here the gray lion saved me", i lifted his head, his nose and cheeks were red, his eyes were puffy, his big beautiful ocean blue eyes were glossy, i smiled at him, he snuffled, i put my arms on his shoulders having to tip toe to reach, "lance everything is gonna be ok im here with gray and were ready to fight and get home", he smiled, it was a genuine smile, i grabbed his head between my hands, i planted my lips onto his, 

after a couple of minutes we pulled apart, i searched his face for any sign of emotion, i saw nothing, i got worried, he hugged me tightly, pulling me into another kiss, we pulled apart, he put his head back into the nook of my neck, "so what are we now?", i didnt know the answer to that question, "what do you want us to be lance?", "together through thick and thin, you already mean the world to me so that wont be hard, but i dont know about you, you're hard to read", i chuckled at his sentence, i kissed the top of his head, "that sounds perfect lance", i heard squealing from around the corner, vines grew out of my body and grabbed the person, it was a defeated looking pidge, "what did you see?", she was protecting her phone, "she was recording","GET THE PHONE", out of nowhere keith hunk and shiro jump out grabbing the phone and running, 

i sat up in my bed realizing it was a dream, i frowned, i pushed myself out of bed, i walked out of my room, i walked to the training room, i remembered i was in the BOM ship, i frowned, 'it really was a dream', i started up some training, i pulled akuma out of my hand and started to fight, i trained for 2 hours, krolia entered the room, "scar", 'that was my fake name even though it was close to my real name, "end training session", i turned to look at her, "whats up?", "we have a job with voltron! i get to see my son keith, he's the red paladin!", i could see the motherly love in her eyes, i smiled, "so when is it?", "in 2 earth weeks", i nodded, "ill be training", she nodded and left, i continued training until i dropped, 

time skip: 

i dressed in blade uniform, i put my mask on and but my hood over my head, i strapped some earth guns and some throwing knives to my legs, i grabbed some of the laser guns(idk what to call them?), i strapped them to my back and grabbed some smaller ones and strapped them to my arms and legs, i covered them up with a cloak, i walked out, i met up with krolia and the team were working with, i walked up to them, "wheres kolvain?", "he'll be coming soon", i nodded and waited by gray, kolvain entered the room he looked happy," you will be meeting voltron on arona, a planet like earth", i smiled, "this mission is very important, once you're done with your mission with voltron, you'll head toward earth, voltron has requested that i send a team to protect earth", i smiled, i got excited in the inside, i wanted to scream in pure joy, i boarded gray,
