In Bangladesh, the weekly Holidays are Fridays due to a large portion of the population being Muslim, who have special prayers on Fridays. So here, the 1st day of the week commences with Sundays.

I am the student of Grade 8.
A special day awaited my friend Rachel- her Birthday! We love to go to schools on our Birthdays! The principle reason: to get wished by friends, rivals, teachers, juniors and seniors! We tend to be on cloud nine on THESE days.

As usually, the classes went on, and whoever got to know it is Rachel's Birthday didn't forget to make the girl's day even more beautiful by setting a wide smile on her lips.

Hence, me and my friends expected the same to be with Mr. Matthew, our Accounting teacher.

Most of the students had been bunking the class; one of the reasons why our teacher had been sulking.(of course we didn't know what other reasons kept him irritated)

Rachel's best friend, Sarah, is always super excited and super jolly. She went on, not knowing what awaited her,

"Sir, It's Rachel's Birthday today. Won't you be wishing her?"

Our teacher shouted in sarcasm and in fury:

"রাস্তায়  গিয়া নাচো গা!*" (Go and dance in the streets if you are so elated!)

Right after our teacher mouthed the words, Sarah's face lost all the cheers.
On the contrary, we all friends burst into laughter, including Rachel!

Poor Sarah! She was the one who had been told off, but the tone in which our teacher expressed the words kept us remembering him for the rest of our lives.

From that day onwards, Mr. Matthew's Accounting classes are known as Dance classes

😂😂😂😂

The Dance class name given by Rochelle(Rochelle's coming on chapter 4 people!)
