"Tell me when you're almost done" I said, closing my eyes.

"You was talking big shit! Look at you!" Jahir yelled from downstairs.

"Fuck!" Bryce shouted. "Don't shoot me, nigga!"

"All of y'all move!" Nathan said.

I dragged myself out of Jahir's bed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

I went downstairs and their shouting only got worse.

I dropped down on the couch. "It's two in the morning"

"So it's game time" Reno shoved cheez balls into his mouth.

"I want to cuddle"

"Go home, Roger"

"Shut up, Reno. Come here" Jahir said.

"It's not the same" I climbed into his lap anyways.

I kissed his chin, and then his lips.

"You've been doing this all day" He smiled at me.

I got up and laid across the couch without responding.

He went back to the game.

"You guys are boring" I announced, going to the kitchen. "Reno, come cook with me"

He paused and chewed some more before shrugging and getting up with me.

I went into the kitchen, but sat down.

"What?" Reno asked.

I felt kind of dizzy, so I closed my eyes and touched my head.

When I opened my eyes, Jahir and Reno were standing in front of me.

I frowned. "What?"

"You okay?" Jahir asked.

"Yeah. I just feel a little sad though. Another part of me is trying to pop out"

"Do you want to try to sleep it off? You ready for bed?"

"Not yet" I pulled out my phone and called my dad.

He answered after a couple seconds.

"Hi, Lovey"

"Hi, dad. I'm getting kind of down and was hoping that you could cheer me up.

"Did something happen? Are you okay?"

"Ali?" I heard my mother roll over in their bed.

"I'm okay. I'm with Jahir and his friends and I got dizzy and my mood flipped"

"I love you" My mother cooed, calling out to me like I was her little baby.

That made me frown.

I needed to be home.

"You can come home, Ali. We'll wait for you"

My mother hugged me while we drank hot cocoa, watching home alone.

"They actually need to do a black remake and not make it cheesy like today's stuff." Reno said.

"Today's tv is garbage" Nathan agreed. "Disnickelodeon failed"

"Y'al remember Toon Disney?" Bryce said, showing us a picture.

"I remember that, but I don't"

"I remember Shorty McShort's Shorts and The Buzz on Maggie" I said.

My mother yawned, and I climbed off of her. "I feel better now. Thank you."

She gave me a big hug, before getting up.

My dad did the same.

"Good night everyone" My parents said.

"Good night mom, goodnight dad" The boys spoke in unison.

After my parents left, I sat on Jahir.

"You just want to smell me" He wrapped his arms around my waist.

Reno leaned over and smelled Jahir. "Cheap"

That made me laugh.

"Deep down, Alicia knows it too" Reno said.

"He doesn't smell cheap to me. I like it" I defended.

"Some of us are watching a movie" Nathan reminded.

"Thank you guys for coming" I said.

"Yeah, yeah. Don't mention it. Before we go to bed, we need blankets and pillows so that we don't die"

I got up to go to the spare closet, pulling out a lot of everything.

When I got back, I discovered that they were now watching American Dragon Jake Long.
