also i did some research and technically they're both legal rn as you can see in the pics below:
pico was nine when bnp came out in 2006, making him 21 right now, and komaeda was around 16 when sdr2 came out in 2012 which would make him 22, so tHIS IS PERFECTLY LEGAL,,
