At Avenger's medical bay
Tony's POV
I was at the hallway getting coffee for me and Steve, Pete just woke up two days ago, but Ethan's still in a comma. I can't believe it, how could I let Hydra took my kids from me, then turn them into brainwashed soldiers ' some father I turned out to be ' I muttered to myself. As I finished getting coffee, I made my way back to Peter's room. "Hey I'm back" I greeted them, as I entered the room. " Hi honey " Steve replied with a sad smile " Everything okay kiddo? " I asked, he just nodded and looked down, I look over to Steve and he looked at me, I sighed and put our coffee on the table and sat down by Pete's side and Steve on the other. " Kid you know, you could tell us anything right? " I said, but he just nod in reply. ' I wish it was me instead of them. ' I thought as we sat together.
Peter's POV
I let my head fall down, not letting dad or pops see me. I still kept on hearing their voices in my head telling me how much of a failure I'am, but right now I'm really afraid. Afraid hurting my family or someone. I'm afraid that I might turn into a brainwashed monster again. I was on the verge of crying, until I felt 2 pairs of arms wrapped around me, when I looked up I saw dads hugging me and the voices turned into mummbles as I hugged them both back. ' guess this is just what I need to relax. ' I thought to myself, as I feel safe like I can't get hurt anymore. I feel safe. At least for now....
