I step off the bus and glance at my new school. My jaw drops - this school is massive!! I am currently standing next to the maths block that towers over me, probably 4 levels high! I take another look to my left, but then
BANG!!!
I bump into someone and we both fall to the ground. I pull myself together and stand, The girl I bumpes in to was searching the ground for her glasses so I picked them up for her.
"Thanks! and sorry for bumping into you... i'm new here." She says pulling on her bag.
"Me too!" I say, a bit louder than I expected.
"i'm Lauren." she says.
"Amber." I reply.
After a few minutes of small talk, we look at each others classes.
"We are in the same Math, Spanish and PE class!" I say.
She gives a wide grin in return, just as the bell rings.
"Lets go then" I say, and we both enter our first class.
Maybe this year wont be too bad after all.
