Will comes tearing through the smoke like a beast out of hell. Eric has no time to react. Will plunges the knife into Eric's arm, and he lets out a scream. Will grabs the gun, trying to pull it from Eric's hands, but Eric holds on. Will begins punching him in the face, trying to get him to drop it. I don't know what to do.
Dad is yelling something, but I can't hear it. Behind us, the fire is spreading. If we don't move we'll burn to death. I don't know what to do. The roar of the fire and smoke is clouding my mind. I have to do something, but I don't know what. God, I don't know what!
