"I'm not talking to him" Y/n complains to Isobel.

Zach and Y/n have been texting. They have been for like 4 weeks now. They've never really spoken in school apart from if they accidentally bump into each other and say sorry.

Y/n Indus it way too awkward to talk to him because she doesn't wanna fuck things up and embarrass herself

"Okay look y/n, he's walking alone. He has looks sorta sad. It's go and talk to him" isobel pushes her towards him

"Nope" she quickly turns on her heels and carries on walking.

"Just talk to him it is not that hard" Isobel sighs

"Yeah it's hard for you because you don't have a massive fucking crush on him. I do. It's hard for me" y/n whisper shouts.

Zach could hear them. He pretended like he couldn't

"Y/n I'm sick of you looking sad and depressy because the boy you like doesn't talk to you at school, now he's alone. He looks like he wants to talk to you, just go talk to him for goodness sake" Isobel is getting sick. She wants the best for her bestfriend.

"Nope" Y/n refuses once again

"I will call him over here and run off, or, you can go approach him yourself" She smirks

"Isobel. Don't you dare, I will disown you as a friend if you embarrass me that much" Y/n's eyes go wide

"You wouldn't do that. I'm your only friend" Isobel sniggers

"Okay fine I wouldn't do that but please don't like... shout him over. I wouldn't even know what the fuck I would say" She's always been nervous like this round boys

"Go and talk to him then" Isobel pushes her.

Y/n froze. She just froze looking at Zach who was on his phone, texting someone.

She quickly turns around and speed walks back to Isobel

"Oh my god you disappointment" Isobel shakes her head

"I was about to have a full blown panic attack right there, feel my heart"

Isobel places her hand on y/ns chest. Where her heart was. Yeah it was beating really fast

"Jesus y/n" Isobel looks concerned

They cross over the road and take a left. It's weird because them 3 all live in the same estate

Y/n looks back to see if Zachs taking the long way home or the short, the way y/n and Isobel are taking is the long way.

She makes eye contact with Zach and quickly turns back around.

"Zach" Isobel shouts

"Oh fuck you isobel" Y/n carries on walking faster

Isobel grabs her elbow and pulls her back. Y/n refused to look up and refused to turn around

"Hey Izzy" Zach says

Y/n's POV*

I hate Isobel for this. I can't talk to him. I like him. I'm nervous. Uhhhh.

"Hey Y/n" Zach laughs a little

I turn around slowly and look at him.

"Hey Zach" I put my hand out to shake his hand

Why would my dumbass do that!

"Oh my god" Izzy sighs. I could tell the disappointment in her voice

He shakes my hand

"I'm gonna walk ahead of y'all and let y'all talk because y/n wants to tell you something" Izzy smile "don't embarrass yourself" She whispers before walking on head

"So... what you wanna tell me" Zach claps his hands together

"Uhh nothing no" I scratch the back of my neck

"Put it out" He laughs

"I just wanna know something uhh.. you gotta be completely honest with me tho. I don't care the answer. Just be honest" I can't believe I'm gonna ask him this. Why. If he says no. I'm gonna cry. For a million years.

"Shoot Me" he smirks

"I just wanna know if you're interested in me or not, because we've...we've been texting for a while now but uhmm... I just wanna take it a step further and it's okay like, it's totally fine if -"

"Y/n..." Zach stops

He looks down and then back at me with a smirk on his face

"I am into you, a lot." He carries on walking

I- what!

"You're joking" I go after him

"Nope, 100% serious. You're the only girl that can make me laugh whenever I'm feeling down" he smiles at me "and you're beautiful"

"I... uhh... you... so are you... wait"

"Yes I am free tomorrow and I will go on a date with you, but, Its my treat, okay. Im paying" He reads my mind

"Wait really" I question

"Course" he stops and grabs my hand "I was actually planning on asking you to the movie theatres Sunday, but I was too nervous. Now I know you feel the same way. I won't be nervous and I'll make an effort more." He smiles

"Thanks..." I smile looking down

"You're cute when you blush" he laughs

I shake my head laughing and Isobel walks back round

"Oh my gawd yes finally, now you can stop worrying about Shit" Isobel jumps up

"I'll talk to you later" he kisses my cheek and walks of into his house
