"Y/N?" No response.

You felt somebody shaking your shoulder, your forehead beginning to crease. Questions came flooding inside your mind as to why you were being disturbed from your sleep. Who unworthy human being just tried waking you up? "Y/N," Sebastian harshly whispered on your ear, sounding troubled.

You subitaneously shifted till your back was flat against the jumpy bed. Opening your eyes for your anxious lover to see, he was staring straight at your window. Seeming to find it more worthy than to stare at you, "I swear I keep seeing something on the window,"

You irritatedly huffed, shifting around the bed till you were facing him, unconcerned and wanting to just continue your beauty sleep. "That's probably just a cat, Honey."

Sebastian shook his head, still staring at your tall window that held no curtains for him to close. "No, Y/N. I swear, I saw a man who looked like me with black eyes and--"

"You watch too much The Covenant,"

Your boyfriend groaned, adding a little bit of eye roll. "Oh, God. Not that movie," He lowly whispered, dropping his head on the pillow beside you, forgetting his prior agenda as to why he woke you up. You couldn't help but laugh at his vexation. "What? I love Chase Collins! Why don't you love your own character?"

"Ugh," He verbally mentioned, facepalming at the same time. "Chase Collins is hot as fuck! He can lay those abs on me all he wants, Sebastian! And with that baby face? Daaamn," Sebastian groaned a lot more, sighing to himself. All you could do was laugh out loud in the middle night. Well, that's what he gets for waking you up.

He grabbed onto your hips, spinning you around till you were facing the white ceiling. You felt warmth fall on your chest, a smol bean hugging your form as he rested against your soft body. "God, save me." Sebastian drammatically called as you continued to laugh more.

You patted his thick, fluffy hair as he rested on your chest. Tightly closing his eyes because he was facing the undeniably huge window. Your laugh died a little later and it was definitely the wrong idea for Sebastian to peep at the window again.

"I swear, he's there!"

Little did you know that it was a black cat when you had checked it outside. Inspecting what was making him panic and react that way so you can finally have you sleep and so your big baby could finally have his peaceful sleep too.

Yet, all you've seen was a black feline with blue eyes perched beside your window, curled up in a cute, adorable ball.

In the end, you chose to adopt it because he was cute, and it made Sebastian freak out to say the least because what if the cat was a shape-shifter? Well, he just watches too much damn movies.

It was just a freaking cat.

Or was it really?
