"Morning Hazel" Yuki introduced as I walked in. Waving I sat down
"How did you sleep?" the headmaster asked
"Surprisingly, really good. I was a little cold though" I said he nodded and set a plate of food in front of me
"It's ok if you're not hungry," he said
"It's fine," I said taking a few bites (I've had a bad experience with eating too much after the transformation).
"How was school yesterday?" Yuki asked
"It was good" I responded
"She learns quickly" Zero added making the headmaster look surprise
"Yeah, she finished everything in class very fast," Yuki said I ducked my head down not used to being praised.
"You two can head to school. Hazel stay here. I need you to do something" headmaster Cross said pointing to Yuki and Zero who both got up and left. I sat still waiting for what he wanted me to do. "Follow me to my office," he said as we walked. He sat down at his desk with me in a chair. He got out some paper and a pencil before sliding them over to me "I'll be back, just take your time to finish this. There's no pressure and nothing bad will happen" he assured me before walking out. I looked down at the paper
School Placement Test
'I guess completing this will show what classes I'll need to take' I thought before starting.

The test was long at least 100 questions if not more with each about a different subject. Eventually I finished a second before the headmaster came back in
"Are you done?" He asked I nodded and slide the test over to him. He grabbed the test and another paper then looked it over "Can I ask you how you remember things so fast?" he questioned
"Remembering how or what something looks like is useful when you are trying to survive. Plus I used to read books about different things before I was on the streets" I explained he nodded and continued to grade it.
"Well, you've succeeded expectations. By this test, you should already be in senior classes while you're still a sophomore" I blushed and smiled shyly "I'll make your schedule a mix of senior and junior classes just to see how you do. If you do beyond then you'll be in all senior classes" I nodded
"Thank you, sir, you are very kind" I thanked
"You deserve this. You've been through so much. This is a place made for people to be safe and get along with others" he explained
"So what do I do about today?" I asked as it was already 10
"I'll get working on your new schedule so you can just stay home," he said with that I headed off to my room for the rest of the day.
