Biography:
Rowan is a stalwart Viking of many clans during his prime. Just after the events in Westhold Castle (Warlords and Cowards), he was serving under a Viking jarl named Califax who had brought Rowan and those loyal to him and built the city of Magnhild within Ashfeld under Iron Legion care. The city was decimated when the Iron Legion capitulated to the Blackstone Legion, which fueled his the rage in his heart but also strengthened his resolve of becoming the Viking that no one else chose to be, as per his old friend's final request before being slain fighting with ferocity.
In the present time, he is now an enforcer of Stigandr, the younger brother of the late jarl, Gudmundr Branson. With his aid, he reunited much of the scattered clans in Valkenheim, and eventually retook their homeland in entirety after defeating the last of the Blackstones.
