Just sometimes
We need to let go.
Free the tears into a wild run
that soaks the sheets
drain you inside out
Untangle from
the stoicism you keep holding tight
Uncrown this stubborn mind
Allow the heart to guide
A free fall ,
A cleanse to the soul
A departure from the mess left behind
A promise , it'll get better. It has to.
