𝔔𝔲𝔢𝔢𝔫 𝔒𝔣 ℌ𝔢𝔞𝔯𝔱𝔰 (Black Hat x Reader)

ℭ𝔥𝔞𝔭𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔈𝔩𝔢𝔳𝔢𝔫: 𝔖𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔱𝔶

I followed Dementia to Flug's Lab, I was still thinking about how they all are acting like nothing happened, and who was the little girl in my mirror? Or am I going crazy and it was just my eyes playing tricks on me? I wasn't aware I had stopped walking in thought until Dementia called for me. 

"(Y/N)? You alright?" I looked up at Dementia, and decided to force a smile onto my face. 

"Yeah, just peachy." I said and walked past her into the lab, she quietly said okay as I walked past her. As I walked into the lab a beaker flew past my head and smashed against the wall. I gasped and moved away, a few peaces almost hitting my face. I spun my head in the direction the beaker came from. 

"What the hell!?" I yelled, I saw that the person who threw the beaker was Black Hat. He looked at you, and angry expression on his face, it softened as his eyes came in contact with mine. I saw Flug cowering under his desk, from the looks of it they got into an argument, like usual. Black Hat straightened up and cleared his throat. 

"Sorry about that" He said, and glared back at Flug. I sighed and walked over to them cautiously. 

"Alright" As I made it over to them I placed my hand on Black Hat's arm, "You should give him a break, look, you're gonna give him a heart attack." I said, giggling a bit at the end. I saw a slight grey blush go across his face, before he looked away from me and over to Flug. Who was still hiding under his desk. 

"I suppose you're right." He said, Flug hesitantly stood up straight, his hands still shaking. I was wondering what they were fighting about but I figured it was best not to ask. I then felt Black Hat place his hand on mine, which was still resting on his arm. I felt my throat tighten. "I wish to speak to you" He said and looked down at me. "Alone," He glared back up at Dementia and Flug. huh, where's 5.0.5? 

"Oh...uh...alright." I said quietly. Dementia and Flug quickly left the lab, ignoring the fact that this is in fact, Flugs lab. "What do you want to talk about?" 

Black Hat didn't respond right away, he just stared down at you for a few moments. 

"Are you alright?" He asked, his voice a whisper, I stared up at him, he's asking me if I'm alright? That's...new. 

"I...what do you mean?" I asked, he didn't think I was crazy too, did he?

"When you woke up earlier, you seemed like you were in a rush, I figured you were just scared, but then you mumbled something about a patch and about your eyes being magic...is there anything going on that I should know about?" he asked, his grip on your hand tightening. I pursed my lips into a think line. 

They're all really oblivious, aren't they? 

"I..." I stopped and began to think about what I should say, I shook my head and looked down. 

"it's nothing, I was just scared like you said." i said and looked back up at him, I guess it was kinda the truth, i was scared, but not terrified for my life, more like a confused scared. 

"You're lying." He said. My eyes widened slightly and I opened my mouth to respond but nothing came out, what was I suppose to say? Oh hey I got shoved through a portal and now everything's fucked up? Yeah, I don't think so. 

"I-I'm not lying." Oh dear, stuttering, that was my weakness when it came to lying, I cant ever lie properly, I've tried, and it never ends well. i sighed and looked down. "Look sir, it's nothing, even if there was something, i would be wasting your time telling you." i said, still looking down. I felt his hand leave mine, and then I felt it on my chin, he moved my head up so now I was looking at him. 

"i tolerate you more than anyone else here, believe me, I can make time for you." black hat said smiling. i giggled quietly and felt some of the weight from my shoulders leave. i still can't tell him. he won't understand, he'll call it a dream most likely. I stood there quietly for a few moments. "i care about you, which might be a crazy thing coming from my mouth." He said, moving his hand away from my chin. 

"yes, that definitely is." I said and laughed. he stepped forward and took a hold of both of my hands. 

"I care about you more than I like." He said, looking away slightly. i felt my heart beating fast. is he saying what I think he's saying? 

"Sir?" 

"Call me Black Hat, please." 

"Black Hat, are you...I don't wanna be wrong about this, but if you are, may I do something real quick?" 

"(Y/N)" 

"Please?" 

He stopped and stared down at me.

"Go ahead." 

I Slowly brought my hand to his face, I tugged on it softly, bringing his face down to mine. He didn't try and stop me, so maybe I was right. i hesitantly brought my lips to his and began to press a soft kiss to his lips. he kissed back, I couldn't help but wonder about how long he's liked you, i don't know how long I kissed him for but once I pulled away I felt arms around my waist. His face was covered with a slight blush, and he was smiling. Which he honestly doesn't do often. As we stared at each other, I couldn't help but be amazed at how attractive he actually was. His smile widened, and he pulled me closer to him. 

"So does this mean you like me back." He said, putting his chin on top of my head. I smiled. 

"yes, yes it does." I said, he chuckled and I felt his chest vibrate, it sent chills down my spine, but in a good way of course. 

"Uh...are you guys about done?" My head snapped over to the door way to see Dementia and an uncomfortable looking Flug standing there. 

"How long were you standing there?" I asked, standing up straight, but Black Hat didn't remove his arms from my waist. 

"Long enough to see your romance, can i have my lab back now?" Flug asked. Black Hat sighed in annoyance and took a hold of my hand, dragging me out of the lab. 

Maybe it's best that I don't say anything about Belle. 

Hi! SO no I didn't die on my vacation i just had a lot happen after I got back. also as you can tell i got sloppy towards the end because its 4 am and im only running on a cup of coffee trying to get my brain into writing mode. also smut next chapter. please pay attention to this warning i don't want anyone commenting on how I didn't warn you when i did :/
