~ A/B/O Guide ~

 What are they? 

At birth, Human's have their 'Primary Gender', 'Male' or 'Female'. At the ages 'Thirteen' to 'Eighteen', Females and Males will discover and present their 'Secondary Gender', that being either 'Alpha', 'Beta' or 'Omega'. Their 'Presentation' is accompanied by a 'Heat' or 'Rut' depending on the secondary gender. After the secondary presentation Humans will now give off a 'Scent' depending on whether they are an Alpha, Beta or Omega.

~ Alpha ~

The dominant presentation, Alpha presentations are more prefered in A/B/O Society. Alphas usually hold high paying jobs or occupy powerful government positions. Upon puberty/presentation, An Alpha will develop a 'Knot' on their genitalia.  Male Alphas cannot get pregnant, they can impregnate Female and Male Omegas, Female Betas, Female Alphas, but not a Male Beta. Female Alphas can impregnate Female or Male Omegas, Female Betas, but not a Male Beta or Male Alpha, Female Alphas can only get pregnant from a Male Beta or Alpha, not an Omega.

~ Beta ~

Betas are a neutral presentation, their sense of smell is less than an Omega's or Alpha's, and do not give off strong pheromones (Scent) like Omega's or Alpha's do. They're generally speaking regular Humans. Female Betas can get pregnant by their Alpha or Beta mate, not an Omega mate, Nor can a Female Beta impregnate anyone. Male Betas cannot get pregnant, nor can they impregnate Omegas of any sex, only a Female Alpha or Female Beta.

~ Omega ~

The submissive presentation, Omegas are the rarest of the population, Male Omegas being extremely rare, Omegas are also the lowest of the Population standing, they're looked down upon, harassed, and have a rather poor life. Omegas produce 'Slick' when they're in heat and/or when aroused, Omegas have 'Slick Glands' that when simulated produce a moist substance that is like real life lube and makes penetration easier. Omegas can also get pregnant, Omegas are generally smaller than Betas and Alphas, also having a smaller penis and balls, Alphas being known to have impressive sizes. Omegas, unfortunately, cannot impregnate anyone, they only can get pregnant by Alphas.

~ Mpreg ~

Mpreg is the Male Omega's way of birth. A Male Omega will go through something called "Anal Birth" meaning they give birth through their Anus.

~ Heat/Rut ~

Fertile Omegas and Alphas experience Heats and Ruts from the age of presentation until they reach an age where they cannot have children (Usually late thirties). Omegas suffer from Heats while Alphas from Ruts, Omegas Heats last a week, while an Alpha only gets a Rut when they smell an Omega in Heat, not always, the rut will last a few hours unless the Alpha masturbates or has sex with someone. Omegas Heats are pure torture, a few days before their heat, they'll start building a Nest of usually clothes. When the Heat finally hits, the Omega will feel suddenly really hot, and slick will pour out, they'll get aroused to extreme levels, their scent becomes incredibly stronger and they'll want to be in their nest or hideaway, or if their Mate (If they've mated) is present, they'll be very desperate to get to their mate.  During the Heat the Omega will please themselves by masturbating or using sex toys, or if they have an Alpha, they will have constant sex for a week. This is also the only time an Omega can get pregnant.

~ Knotting ~

Knotting in A/B/O, conceptually, is the same way that it is for dogs and wolves. During penetrative sex, an Alpha's knot inflates the closer they get to an orgasm. The Knot will lock them inside their partner while they cum, the Knot will last up to an hour before the Alpha can separate from their partner. Orgasm can be achieved without Knotting one's partner, and knots do not form will an Alpha is masturbating. When a Knot is not inflated, it remains as a ring of soft tissue around the base of the Alpha's penis.

~ Mating/Marking ~

When Alpha, Beta or Omega couples want to be together for life, they form a mating bond together. This is usually done during Knotting, where the Alpha will bite back of a Beta's/Omega's neck. Scent marking is practised by mated Alphas, Betas and Omegas to reassure themselves or their mate in times of distress and/or to mark their "territory". Omegas and Alphas typically scent each other or scent mark each other by wearing one another's clothes, clinging to each other, sniffing one another's scent glands, or rubbing themselves on each other.

~ Suppressants ~

Like Human birth control, suppressants prevent pregnancy. Suppressants, especially Omega suppressants, come with bad side effects such as nausea. Suppressants for Alphas and Omegas are meant to prevent Heats/ Ruts, Betas do not need Suppressants, If an Omega wants to get pregnant, they'll have to stop taking their Suppressants and wait until their heat comes, once it's confirmed that the Omega is pregnant they must stop taking Suppressants until the baby is born, for it could kill the baby.
