We all leave gaten’s house and I text Jaeden. I haven’t seen him in a while, plus I wanna ask him that question.

Finn: Heyo

Jaeden: Heyo

Finn: Wanna hang out today? I’m really bored and i haven’t hung out with you in forever

Jaeden: Yeah sure, what do you wanna do?

Finn: idk do you just wanna go out to lunch or something

Jaeden: yeah sure. Let’s go to chick fil a.

Finn: cool. See u there

I get in the car to go to chick fil a, and on the way I see Millie, Sadie, and Lizzy in the car next to me, screaming song lyrics. I laugh at them and wave. They laugh and wave back and the light turns green.

Once I get to chick fil a I walk inside and see jaeden waiting for me.

“Hey!” Jaeden smiles.

“Hi.” I smile back.

“Yeah, so the dance was pretty fun except for when those bitches took millie’s wig.” I roll my eyes.

“Why the hell would they do that?” Jaeden scoffs. “That’s not ok.”

“I know.” I reply, taking a bite of one of my chicken strips.

“So had your eye on any girls lately?” Jaeden asks.

“I don’t know, to be honest. I’ve had thoughts, but I pushed them away because I don’t want to be having them.” I say.

“Why not?” He questions.

“Well she’s my best friend and she has been since school started, and I just recently started thinking differently, but I doubt she feels the same way.” I explain. “What about you? You got your eyes on any girls out there?” I smirk.

“Well...uh...there is actually something I want to tell you.”

“Hm?”

“I-I-I’m gay…” He admits.

“Really?” I ask. He nods. “Ok, cool.” I smile.

“You don’t think any different of me?” Jaeden asks.

“No not at all.” I say. He smiles. “So, you got your eye on any guys, i guess?” I chuckle.

“Uh...kinda…” He replies.

“Who?” I ask.

“Noah Schnapp. I don’t know if you know him but I-”

“Dude seriously? He’s one of my best friends!” I say.

“Is he ga-”

“Hold on one second. I just got a text.” I say. He nods, and I take out my phone. I didn’t get a text, but I had to send one to Noah.

Finn: Noah, you need to hang out with jaeden at school

Noah: dude no im gonna get so awkward and clam up. He’s not even gay so why get close to him when im just gonna get more sad

Finn: just do it dude

Noah: fine maybe i will

Millie’s POV

We get to Sadie’s house her mom greets us with some cookies.

“Hey girls! Do you want any cookies?” Mrs. Sink offers.

“Yes please.” I smile.

“Thanks mom!” Sadie says, grabbing the plate of cookies and running upstairs. “OK SO WHAT?” Sadie says.

“What?” I say, confused.

“You told us you had something to tell us when we were on the way over.” Lizzy explains. Sadie nods intensely.

“Oh…” I say.

“YEAH! NOW WHAT?” Sadie screeches.

“Ok well I just don’t know how to say it because I don’t even want to be saying it…” I explain.

“Just tell us what’s going on. It’s fine.” Lizzy says, Sadie nods.

“Ok, well I think I might like Finn.”

Sorry for not updating sooner, I’ve been super busy with school, so it’s just been a bit tiring to write, but I have some ideas, so hopefully I will be updating a few times this week :)
