The Mission

   8:00 A.M.
Lance realized that training was starting at that minute, both Shiro and Allura would kick his butt if he was late again. He had gotten into his armor and raced down to the training room where he saw everyone working on something. Shiro and Keith were sparing. Pidge was punching pads that were being held up by Hunk. Keith announced, "Hey look who decided to join us!" In a sarcastic tone. Pidge snickered and said, "Well this time he was only 15 minutes late." Trying to hold in her laughter. Shiro gave him a look of disappointment that everyone on the team had gotten at one point or another and gave someone chills down their spine.
    Hunk had accidentally blown up a satellite by running into it. Keith had yelled at Lance and they got into a physical fight that put Lance in a healing pod for a while. But Pidge got it when she refused to go to bed for a week and passed out during a team drill. That was bad for everyone
   They continued training until Coran asked for Pidge and Allura to come down to the control room. A bit later the rest of the team had been called down.
    Coran had told them "We had gotten a distress signal and Pidge just decoded  the message." The print on the board readout "Help, Galra attacking send Voltron." Shiro took action first "Lance and Keith you'll take out ships with your lions giving Pidge time to drop Hunk and me off to free the prisoners. Pidge will then join the fight to help wherever.
11:00 A.M.
   By eleven they had distended to the planet Yani to beat the Galra once more. Lance and Keith had drawn away a lot of the Galra ships at this point. The green loin went in with its cloaking to hide its self. Once Shiro and Hunk were off Pidge started taking down Galra fighter ships. "Paladins be careful the weapon that the Galra has on its main ship is different than the typical ION cannon." "I'll keep my eye on it" goofed Lance. "Come on Lance focus," Pidge said annoyed. The battle so far was going in Voltrons favor but they heard a noise that caused concern, the Paladins got more concerned when Coran yelled throughout the coms "PIDGE MOVE THAT NEW WEAPON IS AMING AT YOU!" Pidge realized this "I-I can't move something is keeping me here." She exclaimed in anger. Shiro instructed, "Lance, Keith help her!" As if they read minds in unison they yelled "I can't." As the upgraded ION cannons ball of power locked onto the green lion Pidge felt her heart stop as it came right towards her. The scream that the youngest paladin gave out was ear piercing. The paladin's feed was now filled with "Pidge!" "Respond NOW!" "Pidge please!" "Are you there Pidge?" "Is she okay?" "Katie answer us we need you!" There was no answer from the lion drifting in space. The Galra sent out more troops to distract the other paladins as the main ship moved closer to the lion and sped into hyper speed.
