To see a child in an endless rut is something a mother should never see.

All the crazy thoughts that transpires in the mind: please just let her be.

Never had I seen so much heartbreak, never had my own mother.

This bad hit convinced her that she didn't want to cope together.

The broken daughter...her brows wavering with crippling emotion,

Pupils darken by the burn that will never leave: please just let her be.

"Baby, it'll be okay," I must have said twenty times, to my baby girl who stares blankly at the wall.

"Krissy, it'll be okay.' Please don't let her fall!

What kind of mother did this asshole have?

One that allowed him to continue on with careless affairs.

A true dog of the night, hunting for a tasty bone...I wonder, what are the conditions of his home?

Broken, it must be.

That's just a shame.

In this case, the child isn't to blame.

I shake my head and give a hard laugh,

Look at me trying to show a bit of sympathy for the beast.

I guess that's the mother in me.
