Well, Jungkook studied in BHE school since his first highschool year. He's famous for his behavior and looks. He'll receive atleast 5 letters from girls in his school. Jungkook's way too picky that he never had a girlfriend and it was now his last year and he'll graduate soon. He felt a little disappointed but he enjoyed bullying so much.
