The prodigy stared at the ceiling, wondering on how the heck he would express this feelings towards his female teammate. He tried to tell her sometimes but when he see her, he becomes a scaredy cat that words started to sink in rather to let go
He liked Tenten since their academy days and it developed into much deeper feeling as the years pases by.
Thoughts of Tenten never left his mind and continue to haunt him in this past few weeks. That's why he wanted to admit it as soon as possible.
He stand up and went to Tenten's little home, when he get there, he knocked the door.
Tenten's face appeared behind the wooden door, slightly shocked seeing him in her doorstep at night.
"Neji? What are you doing here?" she asked.
Neji gaped at her then took all the courage he had and spoke up.
"T-tenten...How would you feel if I told you I love you?" he directly questioned, looking directly into her eyes.
There was silence, and they stared at each others eyes of a second.
She gave Neji a smile.
"I'll be happy because I love you too."
