Nasaan si Bea?

Gabe's POV:

"The Subscriber can not be reached please try again later." Nakakailang tawag na ako kay Bea, pero hindi pa din ito makontak. It has been 24 hours since lumakad ang pinsan ko para patayin si Zoey. Zoey is a dangerous woman, she has a plan to take me down. I looked at Pearl who is now sleeping. I brush her stray hairs with my hand, I tucked them behind her ears. She calms me, sya lang ang nagpapakalma sa akin. I kissed her on her forehead as I made my way out our room. I poured myself a glass of whiskey, I sat in my office as I drank the glass of whiskey. Still trying to call my cousin Bea. Si Bea ang kaisa-isang pinsan ko, she protected me from all of the bullies. Kaya naman, I tried to protect her from this cruel world. As much as I could, I tried to protect her from every one.

"God, Bea!" I exclaimed as I drank another sip from my glass.

I am stressed beyond belief, dahil paano kung mapatay ng babaeng iyon ang pinsan ko? I am beginning to think I shouldn't have involved her in this mess. But, there are instances that I do not trust any one around me but Bea. Si Bea lang ang mapagkakatiwalaan ko ng buhay ko. Kami na lang ang tanging magkamag-anak ni Bea. We grew up always having each other's back. She helped me with the bullies at syempre ako naman ang nagprotekta sa kanya laban sa mga lalake na nagkakagusto sa kanya.

Lumalalim na ang gabi, napagdesisyonan ko nang matulog na lang muna. I finished my glass of whiskey and placed it on top of my table. I went back to my room. I found Pearl, still soundly sleeping. Nag-tooth brush muna ako bago pa man ako tumabi kay Pearl. I climbed into my side of the bed, I looked at Pearl. Himbing na himbing pa din ito sa pagtulog niya. I slept beside her. Nagising na lang ako sa pag-halik ni Pearl sa labi ko habang naka-yakap ito sa akin. I opened my eyes and found her smiling at me naughtily.

"Good morning, sleepy head." She says to me as she placed kisses all over my face.

Napangiti ako sa itinuran nito sa akin, I sat up our bed. She smiles and hands me a tray.

"Kain ka na, baby." She smiles widely at me.

"Whoa, what's gotten into you?" I smiled back at her.

"Wala naman baby, I just wanted to prepare your breakfast." She smiled at me.

"Thank you baby." I answered her.

We ate breakfast in bed, sinusubuan ko si Pearl. Habang siya naman ang nagsusubo sa akin. This is why I love Pearl, she knows how to calm me.

"Baby, ano nang nangyari kay Zoey?" She asked me.

"I don't know yet, babe." I answered her.

"Babe, can I tell you something?" Pearl asked me as I got my phone from my side table.

"Ano yun, baby?" I said with out really looking at her.

I scrolled on my phone, through hundreds of messages and I saw Bea's message which was sent half an hour ago. I read it and let out a sigh of relief. I put my phone down on the bed.

"Baby, ano yun?" I asked Pearl who was just looking at me.

"I am Two Months Pregnant." She smiled at me.

"Wait, what? Anong sabi mo baby?" I asked her, not believing if I heard her right.

"I am Two Months Pregnant with your child."

"For real? When did you find out?" Excited kong tanong sa kanya. The lie I told Bea was finally coming true, well menos sa iisipin ko sakaling magkabukingan na kami ni Bea.
