Only You (Sequel to Why Try)

Chapter twenty five

I smiled at my phone and typed a reply.

To: Kenny♡
Thankyou baby! I love you all so much, I'll text you when I'm back home. See you tomorrow ♡

After about twenty minutes of being in the car we came to a stop, we had arrived at the NBC studios. I got out of the car to a crowd of fans and paps. The clicking of cameras and the sound of screaming fans began immediately.

"Aribella are you excited for your album to drop at midnight?"
"I'm very excited yeah!"
I walked over to the fans to take a few photos and sign some things before I went in.
"Hi cuties!!" I said with a huge smile on my face, I absolutely love meeting them. I embraced some into a hug as a few of the cried.
"Oh my god! Hello. We have been waiting out here for hours, we love you!"
"Oh my goodness! Are you guys alright? Please look after yourselves, its cold out. If you guys are gonna wait until I come out please wrap up warm, I'll stay with you guys for a little bit when I'm done"
They screamed loudly of excitement.
"I love your outfit, pass me your phone!" I said to a girl who looked about fifteen years old. She passed me her phone and we took a few selfies together and I spoke to the fans for a few more minutes. I said my goodbyes and walked over to my security guard,
"I'll put some money behind the till in the pizza store over there, will you get somebody to get some food and drink for the fans please, its cold out and I want them to have something to eat" he nodded his head in agreement and then I went inside to my dressing room.

I arrived in my dressing and my outfits was hung up on the rail, black shorts and a black shiny blazer. I mean its not normally my thing but I thought I'd try something different.

I'm still backstage in my dressing room but I've been told I can go out in a minute or two.

"My next guest is a good friend of mine, she is one of the biggest pop stars around right now. She has sold millions of album copies worldwide. Her new album Sweetener is out at midnight so please welcome Aribella Bieber"
I walked out to a warm welcome from the audience. I gave them a wave and hugged Jimmy.
"Hi! Welcome to the show!"
"Thankyou I'm so nervous. Hi everyone!"
The crowd cheered once again.
"Your album is out at midnight how do you feel?"
"I can't! Its a mix between excitement and shitting my pants!" I laughed nervously.
"First of all I have listened to raindrops, such a great way to open the album".
"Thankyou!"
"Its just gorgeous! I go 'oh my gosh!' Your voice comes out and I go 'well that's what you paid for man!' You're so talented and I know I say it every time but I really do mean it!"
We listened to a few of my songs, a little teaser for the audience.

"Lets talk about the song 'Justin'. Did Justin know there was a song called Justin on the album?"
"Well.. he does now..haha"
"It's such a beautiful song! What was Justin's reaction to the song?. He must of been touched".
"Yeah! No one knew this but he did get teary eyed when he listened to it the first few times. I just wanted to show my appreciation towards him and that I love him a lot".
"I'm so happy for you guys! I know you both and seeing you guys so happy together is just beautiful!"
"Thankyou so much, he's a good one!"

For the rest of the show we talked about the album, my kids and then I met some fans who were sat watching in the audience, they waited hours outside, my babies. I had such a good time, I just can't wait to get back home to my boys.

I'm now in the car on my way back home. I have Justin's oversized tshirt back on and my Vans, I'm so happy I remembered them because my feet are killing me. I opened my handbag and picked up my phone and waited for it to turn back on.

My phone immediately began to go off with the text tone. I opened my messages app and I was just hit with confusion.

Come home, I'm sorry. I can explain.
