Zelda: It was here

(I looked over to Zelda who seemed to be a bit sad now that we were standing near the Goddess Statue in the cool water. I took note how even a powerful spring like this one wasn't safe from the calamity and seemed to be in ruins from the entrance to the walkway)

Zelda: I can't believe that almost two years ago I was standing in these waters....calling myself a failure and unable to awaken my powers

Mimi: We all have our down days, princess

Zelda: Yes, but it seemed like my down days were almost everyday....I couldn't do a simple task, such as awaking my powers back then

(I stepped a bit closer to her, causing the water to have large ripples before we were next to one another)

Mimi: That doesn't matter now. You did it and you stopped majority of the guardians around Hyrule. You held back Ganon for 100 years! That's more than anyone can say about themselves...not to mention, even with Link's awakening, you still held him back until Link was ready and had all of his memories and now look at you

(Her green eyes glanced over to me, still a frown sat upon her face)

Mimi: Your rebuilding Hyrule. Your running a whole nation by yourself...that's more than what any of us have done

Zelda: Yes, well....none of this would be possible without all of your help. When Link and I ventured off after the Calamity, my first objective was to speak with Mipha's father and restore Hyrule, but even then....I didn't know what to say.... "Sorry I got your daughter killed and her spirit stuck inside the Divine Beast" *sigh* I sometimes worry about the future with my alliances with the royal families and different nations

Mimi: Now why in goddess name would you worry about the alliances?

Zelda: I might be the princess and future queen of Hyrule, but I never exactly got the proper teaching I was suppose to from mother and father...now all I can rely on is old books that haven't been destroyed

(I glanced over my shoulder to the entrance and walkway of the spring, eyeing the men as they all conversed with one another before looking back to Zelda)

Mimi: You'll be a great ruler, princess

(I placed my hand on her shoulder)

Mimi: I guarantee it and hey, if you ever need a second opinion or maybe someone to run to or some advice, I'm here

(She smiled as walked back to the stone platform and sitting on the edge)

Mimi:....was it scary?
