Chapter 16- not happy

"Dad," gabby gasped. "Hello Gabriella, how are you?" He replied. "Umm, I'm good," she replied. "I didn't know you got married," he said as he noticed her wedding band. Casey came up to the door. "Baby, who is this?" Casey asked. "Umm this is my dad Ramon," gabby replied. "I wish you would've told me, so I wouldn't have to do this," Ramon said as he pulled a gun from his jacket. He pointed it at Matt but gabby pushed him out of the way just as Ramon pulled the trigger. The bullet hit gabby in the chest, but it didn't hit her heart. Ramon dropped his gun and ran. "GABBY!" Matt yelled. He put pressure on her wound as he called 911. "911, what is your emergency?" The responder said. "My wife! She's been shot by her father! She's not breathing! Help!" The medics arrived and they were off to med. As they loaded her onto the back of the ambo, she was barely hanging on. Casey climbed in the back and held her hand the entire ride there. "Rafferty, go quicker! She's crashing!" Said the medic. Casey broke down as the monitor beeped slower. He thought for sure that he was loosing her.
