7. a forest kiss?

Duffs pov:

My phone rings. It is 10pm.

"Hey Axl!" I say.

"Hey!" axl says.

"I just wanted to call. I'm so fucking excited." He says.

"Me too. Is Izzy with you?" I ask.

"No. He is packing his bag at his home. I'm almost done." Axl says.

"We have two matresses in my room." I say.

"Great." Axl says.

"I bet Izzy will be nervous." axl says.

"Why? He has traveled with a plane before." I say.

"Yeah. But he still gets nervous." axl says.

"Funny story, when Izzy was like nine or ten he went on a vacation with a plane. And he needed to go to the toilet. But it was occupied. So he peed in the hallway of the plane." Axl says laughing.

I laugh too.

I can hear someone in the background.

"I need to go. See you tomorow!" Axl says.

"Bye!" I say. He hangs up.

I go to my homescreen.

Jenny has texted me.

Jenny: hey

I open the chat.

Duff: Hey

I go to instagram.

Five minutes later I get a message.

Jenny: omg my friends have send that!
              Steven probably has already told you I like you
               It's okay if you don't like me back

Duff: I just don't know you that well
            Maybe we can go for a coffee sometime?

I don't know if I like her at all. At least Steven will be off my back with it.

Jenny: that sounds nice :)

I close my phone.

I lie on my bed and stare at the ceiling.

Why does Steven have to date Sarah?

That fucker doesn't even like her.

I'm so confused right now.

I'm mad but at the same time sad. When I actually should be happy for him. And a cute girl is into me.

I feel tears burning in my eyes.

I shouldn't be crying. I should be happy. I have a nice life. I see my two best friends tomorow.

Should I tell them about Steven? What if it becomes weird?

What if they hate me if I tell them? I don't know if they're homophobic. We've never talked about this.

Steven: omg my mom is being annoying >:(

I open my phone.

I wipe one of my tears away and open the chat.

Duff: what's wrong?

Steven: It's a long story
                Is there a chance you can come out side?

For a short moment I thought he said 'you can come out.'

Duff: I guess
            But my mom is downstairs. I can't sneak out the front door
