-Anakin Skywalker: He keeps his arms around your waist, bringing you closer to him. You rest your head on his chest.
-Obi-Wan Kenobi: You opposite-spoon, where he's the big spoon and you're the little one, but you're facing each other. (I'm not sure what that's called.)
-Luke Skywalker: You spoon, with each of you taking turns as the big/little spoon.
-Han Solo: You sleep facing each other, sometimes linking legs.
-Kylo Ren: You don't have any specific position, you just cuddle. Also, you each have your own blanket, because he's a blanket-hogger.
-Finn: You don't have any positions since he moves so much when he sleeps. Sometimes, in the mornings, you even see him with his head at where his feet should be.
-Poe Dameron: You wrap your legs around his waist, and he wraps his arms around your neck (not a chokehold, though). Sometimes BB-8 joins by flying onto the bed. (R2 lent him his jets.)
-Hux: He sleeps on top of you, sandwiching you between him and the bed. After a while, you have to roll out to breathe properly.
