Finns pov

I haven't talked to sky in a couple of weeks. Ever since her mom died she hasn't talked to me.

I mean, I'm not mad or anything. She just needs time to heal, right?

I was at target doing your normal grocery shopping. Grabbing shit it didn't need or want. They just looked cool.

"Hi Finn..."

It was her. In all her beauty.

"H-Hey Sky."

"I know I haven't talked to you much, and I'm sorry. It's just everything with my mom...it really messed me up. I hope you understand."

"No, I completely understand it's okay." I have her a warming smile.

She smiled back, and I went crazy.

"I was hoping, maybe, we could grab something to eat." She asked

"I'd love to." I answered

"I'll pay this time." She said

As we ate, she would check her phone, and whoever it was would make her giggle. I'm not saying I was jealous, but...

I really was. I only made her laugh that hard.

After we ate, we went back to my house. No one was there except nick. Both of my parents were working night shifts.

"Thanks finn, I had a really good time."

"Anything for you."

"Really smooth finny boy." She laughed

"I know right?" I joked

"Let's just get inside, it's starting to rain." I said

"Okay."

We went up to my room.

"Wow, there's a lot more albums and posters on your wall." Sky stated

"Yeah." I let out a short laugh.

"Oh! You have this song? My dad always used to play it before he hit the bricks."

She pulled out Don't Let Me Down by The Beatles.

She played it while humming along to the music as she sat in my bed with me.

"It's a really good song."

I nodded my head in agreement.

"I wish I was a teenager between the fifty's and the eighties. Everything was so cool then. All the cool styles. The music! It was all so great." She smiled.

"Me too. Now that I really think about it." I smiled back.

Everything in this moment was perfect. Sky was perfect, the way the music played was perfect.

Of course I couldn't help but smile myself.

I tasted her sweet strawberry lips.
