God loves and cares about everyone no matter who you are, were, or are becoming. To be saved we must put work, faith, and Jesus into our life. To become saved we must confess, verbally, that Jesus was crucified and resurrected for our sins, so we can live in heaven.
If you ever see a turtle on a fence post, remember, it did not get there by itself. In this way, we are the turtle, the post is Heaven, and our help is God and Jesus through His sacrifice. Let's not be a turtle simply on the ground, we can ask for help, God's help, and make it to the top. We can make it to heaven.
