why are so many fanfics titled with super cringey and unrealistic names?
things such as:
one direction is hiding under my bed??
i can't believe luke hemmings climbed in my bedroom window!
shawn mendes kidnapped me!!
i know y'all can do better than this. i know we can collectively do much better.
for starters, the entirety of one direction cannot fit under your bed. you know it, i know it, main character girl with the messy bun and oversized sweater and black rimmed glasses who is 'totally average' but portrayed by a supermodel knows it. so why are even pretending here?
and not to mention, breaking into the rooms of and kidnapping teenage girls (because let's face it, they're always the protagonists in these books) is illegal. maybe main character girl will fangirl and fall over but the law doesn't care if you're in a super popular boy band or not, honey.
