Endless love

It was the night before friday. Jungkook was finishing a project that he was assigned to be present. As the CEO of the company, he had a lot of work given to him. There wasn't much of any help around, so he had to finish today. He had to be free for tomorrow's talent show.

"Haeri, please remind the board meeting that I wont be avaiable tomorrow" Jungkook ordered his assistant.

"Yes sir" Haeri answered back, "is there anything else?"

"Bring me Coffee, you know how I like it" Jungkook said before getting back on task.

Jungkook took a deep breath and continued on with work. He then placed the pen down and loosen his tie a little. He laid back against the chair and opened a drawer to grab a folder that contained information about the project.

As he was moving things to find the folder, an object hit a drawer. Jungkook raised his eyebrows in curiosity. He caught sight of a frame. He picked it up, it had a picture of him with Yujin and Jun.

Yujin was smiling brightly so was  littlw Jun. Jungkook had his arms wrapped around Yujin, while she had her arms wrapped around Jun. At that time, they were a very happy family, Jungkook wasn't as busy, and Mirae was not around.

"I thought I got rid of it" he mumbled to himself.

He placed the frame on his desk. He carefully looked at it and smiled for a moment.

He really did love Yujin, he really did.

"Jun.." Jungkook softly touched the frame, "Yujin.."

"Mr.Jeon, Sir?" someone cut of his thoughts.

Jungkook looked up and saw Haeri with his cup of coffee.

"Ah, yes. Thank you" Jungkook awkwardly coughed and straighten himself,"you can place it on my desk"

Haeri placed the cup of coffe on the desk and bowed before walking away. As she was close to closing the door, she stopped midway and turned around.

"Sir, if I may say.." She politely said. Jungkook gave her a small nod, gesturing her to continue on.

" I know that you feel lonely working here so late" she stated, "your strength was your wife and son. You smiled everytime you glanced at the frame. You would even mumble their names when I entered your office"

Jungkook looked at Haeri.

"It's noticeable" she said.

"What is?" Jungkook questioned.

Haeri bowed and closed the door, not answering his question.

Jungkook couldn't help but think back Haeri's words. What exactly did she mean by it's noticeable.

"Jungkook? Are you coming home?" Mirae asked.

"My son wants me around, so I will be heading to their apartment" Jungkook told Mirae as he waved goodbye to Haeri and made sure she safely made it to her car.

"Oh, I see," that's all she said.

"I'll see you on Saturday," Jungkook took out thw keys to hus car and opened the driver's door.

"I love you," Mirae told him. "Mhm," he hanged up with that.

"I promise Jun" Yujin mumbled into his small ear.

"Alright" Jun hugged his mom, " I'm sorry for behaving badly, mommy"

"You are forgiven, little master" Yujin squeezed him," Just watch your behaviour or you'll get it next time."
