Hygiene is a killer (apple murder):Roald Dahl's nanny told him that appendicitis was caused by the victim swallowing loose toothbrush bristles and them getting lodged in their appendix. If this theory was true, you could isolate your target in a mountain hut and supply them with a toothbrush made from applewood and very loose bristles made from the splintered stem of the apples. For good measure the toothpaste can be made with apple pip cyanide so that your victim either dies of cyanide poisoning or appendicitis in their isolated chalet in horrible agony.
I think I'm going to try this one out, it sounds beautifully gruesome and effective.
