I woke up confused and disoriented for a moment. Instead of laying on the cold hard concrete, I was in a bed, my bed covered with my warm lavender scented blankets looking up at the ceiling.

How did I get home?

I looked over and I could see Mikel leaning against my door frame his back turned to me. His broad shoulders and body was all I could make out as his large body blocked most of the light in the halway from entering my room.

I couldn't really see the phone but I knew that he must be speaking with someone from the humming replies he gave as a response every few minutes.

I felt pain shoot through my body as i tried to sit up. Assuring me that I didn't  imagine everything. Instead of pushing myself I laid back, giving in to the pain.

"Damit" I muttered to myself, it must have been loud enough for him to hear me because I overheard him ending the call in a hush tone.

"Are you okay" he asked switching on the light to my room as he walked to the side of the bed a few feet away.

Looking at him now I felt anger boiling my blood to the point that it was goinging to flow over.

What's his deal, why is he being so nice all of the sudden. His been nothing but rude to me from the first day Andrew introduced us, so why the sudden change.

"I'm fine" I muttered my brain unable to come up with one reasons for the sudden change in his behavior.

"No! You're not. You fainted for fuck sake can you stop being stubborn and just let me help" he yelled

"Can you please get out of my room" I asked my voice void of any emotion

"Damit Anna, I just saved you from that guy, who knows what he wanted to do to you, I think you can try and be a little nicer" he demanded raising his voice at me even more.

"Thank you for helping me Mikel, now can you please get out of my room"

"Really I brought you back home, carried you to bed and..." he started ranting but my brain zoned out when i realized why he was acting differently towards me.

He thinks I owe him for helping. The realisation was the last push I needed before I felt myself lossing the tight grip I held over my emotions.

I saw his lips continue to move but I couldn't hear anything come from his mouth. It was like alarm bells were going off in my head yelling at me to get him out of my room before I say or do something stupid that will ruin everything for me.

"Stop right there" I held my hand up between us. "You must think that I owe you something for helping me, but I don't, and if you were waiting in the door for a thank you or some shit like that. I'm afraid you waisted your time" I said ignoring the pain in my body telling me to lay down as I forced myself out of bed so that i could look him in the eye.

"Now I don't really care much for what you have to say or whatever goes on in your brain so let's not waist each others time any further. Just get out of my room Mikel"

He looked at me for a moment and I could see him trying to process what I just said because he opened his mouth and closed it, opened his mouth and closed it again, there must be some internal battle happening in his head.

"Did you not here me! I said GET OUT!" I yelled at him. I felt the last thread of control I was clutching on to snap in that second.

He looked at me as if something finally made sens to him. His eyes darkened as he took a step closer to me.

"You know what you are just like the rest of them" He said his voice dangerously low. "You are nothing but a-"

He stopped himself from finishing the rest of his sentence, why I don't know, but I already knew what he was going to say. It was nothing I haven't been called before.

We glared at each other stuck in silence as I waited for him to finish his sentence.

It must have been a minute later when I heard the front door being opened and closed, the sound of two pairs of footsteps traveling down the halway the one a little heavier then the other.

"Anna!" I heard caleb yell out.

"We're not in her room yet you fucking moron" Andrew sighed

"Why are you mean to me Drew?" Caleb questioned "I don't get it"

"Because I always have to carry your fat ass!" Andrew exclaimed pulling them both through my small doorway.

"Anna!" Caleb yelled again giving me a drunk smile.

"Hey Caleb" I greeted giving him what I know must look like a forced smiled.

"Is everything okay" Andrew questioned as he scanned my face.

"Everything is fine Drew" I assured him forcing my smile to look more genuine before looking over at Mikel.

"Yeah just peachy" he muttered before turning to face Andrew and Caleb. "I'm off to bed, goodnight" he greeted as he walked out. I allowed myself to relax when he was finally out of sight.

I looked over at Caleb half asleep and Andrew struggling to keep Cable's  muscular body up.

"Okay, you guys can go sleep as well, just put off my light please" I smiled waving them off as I slowly laid down again my body crying out in pain but i couldn't show it. I didn't want them to worry.

"Noooo... I wanna sleep with Anna tonight?" Caleb asked giving me those green puppy dog eyes. "Please Banana"

This was what alcohol did to Caleb. It made him a big softy that loves to cuddle. I don't mind he helps me allot, so he always has a spot in my bed.

"Yeah, get your fat ass in here Caleb" I laughed pulling the covers open for him.

"You two kids becarfule now, don't do anything I wouldn't do" Andrew called out as he switched off the lights.

"Go kill yourself" I yelled back at him.

"Love you too Banana" He laughed closing the door behind him.

"Night Anna" Caleb hummed as I  crawled next to him.

"Night Caleb" I muttered looking at my bottle of sleeping medication on the night stand.

Taking them after I've been drinking isn't a good idea. So all I can do is hope that the alcohol will work in my favour and keep me asleep. I mean it's worked before.

I closed my eyes praying for a goodnighs rest or atleast a dreamless sleep.
