Next Day....

I wake up hearing people discussing some things . " Hello Ms. Knowles i am Dr. Jackson and i will be one of the doctors that will be operating on you " He said extending his hand out and i shook it " Hi , my name is Dr. Avery and i will be monitoring your heart while you are under " he also extended his hand and i shook it 

" So after this surgery will she be ok " Jay asked and i looked over at him and so did the doctors 

" That is the goal , after the surgery we will keep her here for a few hours to have her under observation and if everything checks out alright you can take her home " Dr. Avery said 

" How long will this surgery be " i asked the doctors 

" Usually this surgery lasts for maybe 2 to 3 hours without complications but there are risks that we would like to go through with you " I shook my head and they informed me with a lot of risks , my heart could stop pumping blood into my vessels , my organs could fail , i could fall into a coma etc... a lot of stuff i wasn't really prepared for coming on this trip. The doctors left and it was just me and Jay and i was just shook because i didn't know what to say or how to feel 

" Everything is going to be okay baby , i don't want you to worry yourself when you come back i will be right here waiting for you " Jay said and i shook my head and he kissed me and laid in bed with me until it was time for my surgery . He was relaxing my body i felt comfort being in his arms. 

The doctors came back indicating that it was time for surgery. Jay walks with me until he is not allowed access anymore. " I love you " he said before giving me a kiss " I love you too ". They pushed the bed into the operating room

" We are going to put you under now , count backwards from 10 for me please " 

I shook my head " 10... 9.....8...7" my last words before i passed out 

Jays POV

Its been at least 5 hours since they took her. A doctor came back to the room and informed me that there were some complications but that was 2 hours ago i hope everyt... My thoughts get interrupted when they brought her back into the room. The doctor asked me to step outside

" So there were some complications during the surgery her heart started to fail several times " he said to me and i turned around and looked at her and sighed in relief that she made it

" Mr. Carter " Dr. Jackson said and i turned my direction back to him showing him that I'm listening

" Ms. Knowles is in pretty bad shape she will need to be on bed rest the next couple weeks , she is allowed to do the very minimal when she feels ready. Let her take a few steps a day so she doesn't become stiff. Give her medication at least every 6 hours or as needed with pain. NO heavy foods like ribs or anything like that " The doctor kept informing me on what to do for the next couple of weeks. Looks like we wont be going home .

I signed some papers and they released her. I put her in the car and we drove to Walmart so I can pick up her prescription and some light foods for her to eat. We make it back to the house and I help her in the wheel chair and I take her in the house. I picked her up carefully to take her upstairs. I got a warm rag and wiped her off carefully I didn't want to hurt her even though she didn't feel it. She was still a little loopy from the medication they gave her at the hospital before we left. I made her some food and made sure she was straight before I got in the shower.

I climb back in bed and I try to be careful and not hurt bey. She was sleeping so peacefully. I moved her hair out of her face and I kissed her and I told her that I loved her 

" I love you to Ush "...

" Ush ????? "
