I'm sure a lot of you know that Albus is the name of my cat, but for those who didn't, now you know.
It's been just under one and a half years since we got him, and we had to put him to sleep on the 19th.
He was the best cat I ever could've asked for and even though I didn't have him for very long, I cherish every moment I spent with him and I loved him and still do. He had an almost 100% blockage of the bladder and even if we sent him to get surgery to remove it, he had a 78% chance of it reoccurring. It's apparently a very common thing in male indoor cats, especially those who are fixed.
I already miss him a ton, but I'm happy knowing that he didn't feel anything in the last two days I had him, and I'm glad I got to give him a good home. I hope I can give another cat a good home again some day.
