Chapter 11

Haylee's pov 

I woke up to tori yelling from downstairs and i regret telling her i wanted to go to school. 

''Haylee Ann Baker'' tori said opened the door. 

''is not available at the moment beeeeeep'' i said and she groaned

''im not calling you on the phone now get up we will be late'' she said and i rolled my eyes and grabbed my clothes and went to take a quick shower. I took off the bandages and nick was right that cream he had cleared up my wounds quick. I got in the shower and washed off and then got out and dried off. 

I got dressed into the clothes tori brought me and put my hair in a messy bun and put some mascara on. 

I walked out grabbed my back pack and phone and then me and tori took off to school. With about twenty minutes to spare we got there. 

''well thats a new record'' she said and i smiled. 

''well lets go'' i said and we got out and walked in and everyone stared at us. 

''why are they staring now'' i said 

Someone came up to tori and whispered into her ear and tori's face fell.

''THAT SLIMY LITTLE BITCH!'' she yelled 

''what'' i said 

''she's telling everyone that you had sex with adrian and stole him from her!'' she said 

Then her face got soft.

''and she brought up how you were adopted.'' she said and i flashed my eyes and looked around and saw her friends laughing and i went up to them and pushed both of them against the locker. 

''im pretty sure you know the run down you were there yesterday'' i said and my eyes glowed.

''where is she'' i growled

''in the chem lab studying'' one said and i let them go and walked there and i pushed the door open and saw her. 

''oh seems you heard my little rumor quite the rumor don't you think'' she said and i growled

'' i could care less about the adrian rumor'' i said and brought out my claws

''but once its my family and my foster parents'' i said and my fangs grew

''it becomes a problem.'' i said and i growled

''haylee not here'' tori said and i grabbed sarah by her throat and sunk my claws in and she let out a little whimper.

''if you ever say shit ever again about my family or my friends i will not only kill you sarah'' i said 

''i will make sure you die a long slow and painful death'' i said as my voice got deeper it was as if it was a demon's voice. You could see the terror in sarah's eyes and i knew she got the message.

''good now have a great day'' i said and let her go and walked away back out to the halls and everyone i saw yesterday was giving me a high five and a what's up nod or saying good job. 

''well looks like sarah and her friends won't bother you anymore'' jared said and sat with us in the cafeteria for breakfast and i rolled my eyes.

''as if i care it would just let me release alot of anger i got'' i said 

''well damn'' he said and laughed and i smiled

Soon alot of people joined our table and talked and i looked at tori giving her a wtf look.

''um what are yall doing?'' tori said 

''what haylee is one of us we can't hang out with our kind'' tanner said and she rolled her eyes.

''you are talking to her cause she whooped sarah's ass admit it'' tori said 

''okay thats part of a reason'' he said and i laughed

''its fine just a big change'' i said 

''so you're actually haylee baker the girl that went missing so long ago?'' jackie said and i nodded

''yeah that's me'' i said 

''are you gonna change your last name?'' conner said

''yeah as soon as i can'' i said 

''well we are just happy you are back and better than ever'' cameron said and gave me a smile that warmed my heart.

''thanks'' i said and looked at tori and she had a big ass smile that made mine go away and end it with an eye roll.

''what he's cute!'' she linked

''my birthday is in one day! i can wait a day!'' i linked and she chuckled

''are you nervous?'' she linked 

''yes. what if its adrian?'' i linked 

''deal with it when it comes'' she linked back

''hello out of the mindlinking world and back to reality'' greg said 

''any plans for the weekend guys?'' lilly said 

''actually i was thinking haylee and cameron can hang out saturday i need someone to look after her while i get a present for her birthday on sunday'' tori said and smiled 

''im gonna be seventeen not five tori'' i said

''are you gonna have a party!'' jared said

''no me and tori always go out to dinner its a tradition'' i said and smiled and everyone stopped and then a few seconds later smiled.

''what'' i said 

''im free i would love to hang out with her'' cameron said 

''great pick her up at noon'' tori said and i rolled my eyes.

''you are unbelievable'' i linked 

''you will thank me later'' she said and smirked 

''yeah yeah'' i said 

The first bell rang for homeroom and i got up and saw adrian. Our eye's met and i looked away and went to my homeroom.

It was boring other than the face that sarah sat all the way in the front but kept looking back in fear it made me laugh a few times.

Second bell rang and i dreaded gym. I got up and walked to gym and forgot i had adrian. Great. 

''ignore him'' tori said 

''haylee please let me talk to you'' he said and i looked at him 

''for fucks sake sarah i don't like her i don't like haylee she means nothing to me you are the only person i care about i dont care about her and i never will'' i repeated his words

''sorry didn't know you suddenly cared about me i thought you never would'' i said and pushed past him and he grabbed my arm and i twisted his behind his back and pushed him to the wall and he growled.

''don't touch me'' i said and i walked away.
