Tori sighed as she had just finished washing the dishes. She walked outside to receive the newpaper, knowing her husband had published something new. She smiled as the sun shone brightly down onto their house, feeding the flowers. She walked down the sidewalk, getting shocked looks from people she walked by, confusing her.

She was still kind of hung up on the stares, walking pass the store where she bought her newspapers and such. She mentally scolded herself, turning back and entering the store. Once again, she got stares from everyone in the store, but she did her best to ignore them, grabbing something called 'The Reynolds Pamphlet,' that her husband, Thomas, wrote. 

She walked home, the Pamphlet in her hand, waiting to read it. Once she got home she sat in the living room, on the couch. She smiled and started reading it. Right now, Thomas was at work in his office on the third floor. Tori's smile dropped as she continued reading, her hand slapping over her mouth as she teared up.

'The charge against me is a connection with one James Reynolds. For purposes of improper speculation. My real crime is an amorous connection with his wife for a considerable time, with his knowing consent. I had frequent meetings with her, most of them at my own house. Mrs. Ridgewell with our children being absent on a visit to her father.'

Tori couldn't take it anymore. She already had few tears streaming down her face, but now she was done. She screamed in agony, her eyes now rivers as she ripped up the pamphlet. She stomped her way to her room that she shared with Thomas, slamming the door shut. Tears ran down her face, multiplying as she dug in her closet finding a small shoebox.

She opened it, revealing the letters Thomas had wrote to Tori when they were falling in love. She growled, her vision very blury from tears, but she ignored it, ripping away most of the letters. She stood up, sobbing. She grabbed a candle that was on her bedstand, bringing it to the box. She knelt, still sobbig, closing her eyes. She opened her eyes that were now red and puffy from crying, setting the fire from the candle onto the letters, it catching on fire easily. She placed the candle down, sobbing. She slammed her fists onto the floor, sobbing loudly.
