Like my hysterical sister, I had also just found out that the one-day photographer for her shoot today was none other than Bryce De Los Reyes.

I was calm regarding the news.

But what I didn't understand why my twin behaved otherwise.

Despite her poker face and normal demeanor, her sky blue eyes were somewhat alarmed.

Stacy had mentioned to me that she was going to be working firsthand with one of Asia's top supermodels and actresses, Azalea Rodriguez better identified as "Titania."

But it was already 1:45 pm and she still wasn't here. The shoot was due at 1:30. Her lateness and incompetence were driving some of her co-workers mad.

I looked around the spacious photography studio--the studio I'd grown accustomed to visiting whenever my blonde sister did her modeling gigs as a part-time job.

Nothing had changed since I last came here in the previous two weeks: White concrete floor. Plain white walls and ceiling. Three umbrella lights. Spotlights and strobe lights which remain turned off until needed for usage.

Tripods and portable platforms. Metallic trusses were installed up on the corners of the ceilings which were sturdy enough for the lights. In another corner of the studio were two ladders.

My face broke into a faint smile as I felt the cold breeze fan my skin. The entire room, likewise the whole interior of the 39-story building, was well-ventilated by air-conditioners.

"Are you happy, princess?"

I glanced to my right side and saw a tall 18-year old with dark blond hair and amber eyes. He was sporting a pumpkin-colored button-down polo shirt and light blue pants.

"Yep," I answered, smiling at Liam. He showed me his left hand, which I held in my right hand. "Hey, Li?" I called him.

"Yeah?"

"Are you still in love with me?"

The tall blond ruffled my brown hair, eliciting a laugh from me. "I don't think I am."

"How are you sure?" I looked at his carefree smile.

Liam used his free hand to move his thumb and index finger in a pinching motion.

"The small gap between my fingers symbolizes any remnants of romantic love for you."

My pink lips formed a little smile. "Don't take this the wrong way, Li, but I wish I had fallen for you before I met Dale. Or.. anyone else."

He gently squeezed my hand. "I promised I would always be around for you, princess."

"I know that, silly boy." I got on my tiptoes and patted his cheek, saying: "Thank you."

Liam tugged at my hand. "Are you hungry yet? Whoever this Titania is, she's very tardy."

Behind my oval glasses, my brown eyes swept over the photography studio--most of the models, both males and females, were growing antsier by the second. Some of them were tapping their foot on the white floor while the others were arguing with the photographer a.k.a. Bryce.

One of the models,Diamond "Diam" Lopez, a hot young Latina, was engaged in a heated exchange with the brown-haired, blue-eyed photographer wearing a gray polo and camera.

"We HAVE to start this fucking shoot NOW!" She hissed at him with her hands on her hips.

"How many times must I repeat this? I don't make the rules, I just follow them," said Bryce.
