Graduation Day

The last few months were hard. Harder than they should've been. Maya, Aria and Mason knew That Jordan and I were over, but since I acted like it wasn't a big deal so did they. I acted as if Jordan and I never happened and so did they. We all almost seemed happier without him around. I mean of course I was happier at the moment without him, but everyone else seemed more outgoing. I held everything inside and everyone knew it. during these type of situations, I wasn't one to wear my heart on my sleeve. So I just kinda went as if we had never had that one small interaction at Stephanie's party months ago. As if he had never told me that he liked me. As If I never told him that I liked him back. As if me and Jordan had never even met. And everyone was okay with that.

It was graduation day and we were all proud to say we would be walking across that stage. We had already got our graduation outfits and had planned to go to a party Stephanie was throwing, so our outfits were more for the party than the graduation.

"You ready?" Maya said slipping on her gown. "As ready as I'll ever be." I smiled at her as I saw her in her cap and gown. "Can you believe were actually graduating?" She shook her head. "I can't believe your graduation present is a house." Aria said walking in with her cap and gown on. "Well it's not gonna be my house. It's gonna be our house." I said wrapping my arms around both of their shoulders.

All our parents helped pay for our graduation present and honestly I liked this way better than if we would've gotten a car. Like most of our class did. They all played a part in getting us a house. A two story house with four rooms. One for me, one for Maya, one for Mason and Aria, and of course one for Maxine and Michele. They knew we hadn't planned on going to college and I guess they wanted us out of the house. We all got jobs and would help pay for the house.

Michele and Maxine walked into my room smiling. "Happy to see y'all walk across that stage." Michele said wrapping me in a hug. I found out that Michele and Maxine had both been taking online high school classes so they could get their diploma. I wish they could walk across that stage with us.

"Lets get going shall we?" Aria said walking to the door. We all followed behind her and saw my parents in the living room. My mom already started tearing up and I rolled my eyes. "We're gonna ride with Mason. He's down stairs waiting for us." My parents nodded as we walked out the door and down to Masons car. "Ready to be high school graduates?" I smiled as I said, "Hell yeah!"

We walked into Stephanies house after the ceremony. I smiled seeing all the high school graduates dancing. We left our cap and gowns in Masons car and were now sporting our awesome dresses. Michele had ended up going out on a date with a guy she met not to long ago. I can't believe she didn't tell me until about thirty minutes ago. Now it was just Maxine with us.

Aria was wearing a strapless, shiny pink dress with black tights and some black boots looking as hot as ever. I had never seen her so dressed up. we were really influencing her.  Maya was wearing a glittery blue strapless dress with some little cutouts on the front and some pink heels looking sexy. Maxine was wearing a dark gold halter style dress with a cutout in the middle and some black heels. I don't think I had ever seen her dress up. I was wearing a dress with a glittery light gold top and a black flowy bottom. I had cut outs on each side of my waist and some black heels.
