FINALLY GUE SELESAI BACA BUKU INI.

Paper Town buku pertama dalam versi Bahasa inggris yang gue habisin dan gue merasa gak nyesel>.<. John Green is totally genius. Banyak kata-kata keren yang dia tulis disini. Sebenarnya dasar cerita ini sederhana banget, seorang cowok yang jatuh cinta sama tetangganya.

Quentin Jacobsen atau gampangnya panggil aja Q, punya tetangga namanya Margo Roth Spiegelman. Suatu malam si Margo ngetuk jendela kamarnya Quentin dan ngajakin lelaki itu untuk membantu Margo menjalankan aksi balas dendamnya. Setelah menemani Margo menjalankan aksi gilanya itu, Quentin pikir dia sama Margo di sekolah bisa jadi lebih deket. Bukannya makin deket, Quentin malah mendapati Margo kabur dari rumah. Ceritanya Margo sudah sering kabur dari rumah dan uniknya Margo selalu ninggalin ‘clue’. Singkatnya dia itu drama queen—menurut gue. Quentin pun sadar kalau Margo punya maksud ngajakin Quentin bantuin aksi balas dendamnya Margo.

Gue udah ngakak dari awal baca prolognya. Ngakak aja bayangin Quentin eh maksudnya versi anak-anaknya Nat Wolff freaked out liat mayat sedangkan Margo kalem-kalem aja. Udah ketauan dari situ kalau Margo agak bad ass, dan akhir dari prolognya itu sweet nya John Green banget<3.

Gue udah pernah bilang kan kalau buku ini bakal difilmin waktu di postingan TFIOS, sampai saat ini pemeran Margo nya belum di announcement. Mungkin masih dilakukan audisi atau gimana, dan katanya Looking For Alaska mau difilmin juga. AISH. John Green mendadak jadi miliyader ceritanya.

Kayaknya buku ini belum ada yang nerjemahin, berarti yang mau baca silahkan mampir ke Books and Beyond atau baca ebook nya. Bagi yang mau nungguin versi bahasa nya mending harap bersabar. Okay?. Waktu ke Gramedia gue liat buku versi bahasa nya An Abundance of Katherines karya nya John Green juga dan gue udah beli versi englishnya. Dan itu rasanya……………………
